The Geordie Wine Guide talks to Theo Foradori at the Real Wine Fair London 2017. Elisabetta Foradori is a winemaker up in the north east of Italy. Foradori wines are amazingly textural and complex and I have been a huge fan of them for years. In this geeky interview we discuss the techniques Fordaori use to create some of the most elegant, complex skin contact wines in Italy.
