@@absolutnadia are you joking? It would be stupid to put him in a post credit because then it would be just a promo for his show. If we can see Rick just one last time for the walking dead then it will give the show closer because he is the staple of twd. It does not matter if it does not make sense all I want is just for him to show up and have Darryl and other characters see him then it ends with the classic theme music.

Andrew Lincoln does not get the credit he deserves as an actor! He made the walking dead what it is! Every episode we all wondered “What is Rick gonna do or say?” I hope to see Andrew in more stuff when his story ends as Rick grimes!
When they didn't invite him for a "Special episode" - that was messed up. Like he was the MAINEST character of this show for 8.5 seasons, what the hell kang?

Whatever the current cast is, legends like Andrew must be there, otherwise all this fancy looking environment amc is trying to show us about actors' emotions and their roads so far - that's all fake. I wouldn't agree taking part in this if i knew someone this big would be left out.

I was 11 years old watching this with my mom the day is came out. I remember the anticipation growing up having the walking dead and going to school and talking about it with my friends. I'm now almost 24, never thought I'd be crying over a damn zombie show

This show touched me because of Daryl he many a badass all the series plus it teaches at all heroes in the walking dead aren’t not invincible an show at Daryl is human too not just a war machine or an angry person

This is hands down the greatest show of all time (in my opinion). It did dip down a bit but it picked back up. These 12 years have been incredible. Thank you to the cast, to the TWD Universe, to the directors, and everyone involved. TWD legacy will live on forever.

I was I believe 6 years old when I first watched the show in 2010. This show means everything to me, I grew up with it, I grew up with these characters. I'm 18 now, and despite it's drawbacks in the later seasons, I stuck with it. Cheers to the cast, crew, everybody involved that made this show possible. From past to present. I'll always remember this show as the greatest show in television history, and honestly the LAST greatest show in television history since everything is just streaming services. Thank you for the memories. Let's hope for a great finale. Cheers and possibly my last time I can say "can't wait for the new episode of the walking dead".

I loved seeing the children grow up and all the love they got from the groups even though there was tough times but they got past it and did what they had to do, the fight will continue
The family really does act like a family, the love and support and strength they give each other is palpable. That’s part of why I love this show so much!

I was at a crossroad in my life when TWD premiered. I had to change the way I lived my life and stay home rather than be out and about, not looking for trouble, but more often than not I'd find it. The show brought me in and I was happy to stay home to watch it. Eleven years later, I changed my life for the better. I have a college degree. I'm closer to my family. Thank you Walking Dead family. ✌️

This show debuted when I was 14 years old. I am now 26, I can't believe this show has been going for this long. For perspective, this show came out a year before Game of Thrones and continued long after GOT ended. Crazy. We can finally say goodbye to TWD.

As a true fan I've seen every episode here's hoping the show goes out the same as it began. While the walking dead universe goes on nothing beats that first year. This show was about family love and relationships and all it's ups and downs. My life was that same way minus the walkers. A salute to Rick Grimes ,Carl, Daryll and all the rest. Scott Wilson really made this series along with Josh McDermott. We all will miss you. Hope to see you in repeats. Now we need a make sense final . Rick needs to make a one minute closing moment. These flashbacks were emotional. Can’t believe I’ve been watching this show for over a decade. Just seeing footage from the early seasons just hits me so hard. I feel like I was just watching season 1 yesterday.

This is one show where I actually watched it with no disturbance whatsoever. Just me and my tv. No one utters a word when I am watching this. Because no other show has shown a characters growth, change and it's transition in detail as this one did.

I started watching in high school and I just turned 27 this month. I got my dad into it as well and it's been the one show that's been a constant for us and I'll miss it. I sure hope the Rick series carries the fire for a few years afterwards

Man how did time pass by so fast! I started watching in 2012 when it was being hyped up and now here we are in 2023 with the show having ended last year.
Such a "fierce" young lady, walk in your truth, you go girl.....
I started reading the comics in 2005 at #20 and picked up the new issue every month until the end and when it ended it felt like a piece of me died. Now I'm feeling like that with the show watching from episode 1 until now. Tonight is going to be special for so many of us.

I was 8 when the show premiered, 10 when I started watching it and now, as it has come to an end, I´m 20... Insane.
This show has been the one constant thing in my life for the past 10 years that I´ve been watching. I´ve grown up with the characters (especially Carl) I cried with them, smiled with them.
It´s still weird to me that it´s over. I haven´t finished reading the comic so The Walking Dead isn´t completely over for me yet.
After the show has finished I´ve also been thinking about getting a TWD related tattoo, although I don´t know what it´ll be of yet.
