  • Chooser Options
A chooser option provides the holder to hold an option without deciding if it should be a call or a put at inception. The holder of the option can CHOOSE whether the option should be a call or a put at a later date before maturity. If the date the holder is given to CHOOSE whether the option should be a call or a put is T, the value of the option as at T will be the maximum of call or put as at T.

While calculating the value of call and put option for time T1 (as we need to choose for put or call option at time T1), both the options should be valued for maturity T1. Then why is only put option valued at T1 and not the call option?

Thank you. You have tried to explain. But not to discourage you. you have jumped topics and it is only confusing. You tried to put good content but not in an organised manner
