    Macros 1 serving: 634 calories, 80C, 16F, 47P
    180g skinless boneless chicken thighs
    250g potatoes
    150g red bell peppers
    50g onions
    100g carrots
    2 cloves of garlic
    100g tomatoes
    20g soy sauce
    300g stock
    black pepper, chili flakes
    Optional fresh rosemary
    Chop up all the vegetables and remove the skin from chicken thighs if you can't find skinless thighs.
    Add a bit of oil to a pan on medium-high and fry the thighs for 2-3 minutes on one side. Then flip them and add onions, bell peppers, and carrots. Keep frying for another 3 minutes. Now add tomatoes and garlic and keep frying for 20-30 seconds. Add black pepper and chili flakes before adding potatoes, stock, rosemary, and soy sauce. Give everything a stir, close the lid, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
    Remove the lid and let it simmer for 10 more minutes to reduce the liquid. Try for seasoning and doneness of the potatoes. Done! This lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days. If you want more servings simply double of triple the ingredients.

    Made this for 4 days worth of meal prep and it just kept getting better and better as the days went by. It was such a filling meal that I had no problem with hunger throughout the day. I've tried several of your recipes and all of them have been absolutely brilliant which has contributed to the 43kg of weight I have lost so far. Thank you very much Felu! What you are doing here really positively impacts so many people.

    You can use chicken breast in this recipe. to avoid drying out the chicken you want to cooke it separately along with dry brining it first for about an hour. Cook it just under 165 or at 162. Mix it in with the stew at the end. Leaner and less calories.

      I actually tried this and I vouch for this guy, I dry brined in salt pepper paprika and then cooked them separately at high heat with very little oil and it turned out legendary

    Hello Sir. I've bought your book last week and I like it very much.
    But there's seems to be some inconsistency with the pan sizes that you're using.
    You said that a single 24cm pan is enough for all your recipes but it seems that you're using a bigger one in your videos.
    Could you confirm which size do you use as I'd like to buy a brand new one to use with your book.
    Thanks.

    I made some mistakes with this and it still came out good so I think it's pretty forgiving

    Looks great. And that is quite a lot of food! I don't think I'd be able to eat it all.

    My pan is simmering now. I'm wishing.i had some fresh herbs, I feel like this dish is going to need more seasoning.

    Ich mag paprika nicht, außer auf chips XD
    ich mach einfach zuchini und irgendeine Kohl Variante rein.
    Mach doch mal Gurkensalat mit körnigem frischkäse.
    Esse ich ständig und habe das auch nicht über und passt zu sooo vielem!

    I hope you washed those cooking tongs between raw chicken and poking finished food. If not you may come fit by salmonella.

      We're all sure Mr. Felu knows what he's doing.

    • @anca2348
      @anca2348 5 місяців тому +8

      Not really. If he was leaving the tongs in even by stirring it would've killed any potential pathogens

    • @mulkvist8484
      @mulkvist8484 5 місяців тому

      There is no way you can be safe just believing that quick stirring will clean cooking tools from bacterias. There is link to Scottish healthcares department www.nhsborders.scot.nhs.uk/media/197855/Salmonella-June-2014.pdf that says even food have to keep in temperature over two minutes to kill bacteria. And tools have to be washed during cooking.
      I don't want to be a** ***e, but this is serious matter. Nobody wants to eat food that can give up to 10 weeks diarrhea.
