Good morning, Caroline, so nice to see you. I am thrilled to hear that you were working on Sarah’s afghan. I am assuming that is the gray one, right? Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy crafting, my friend.
Hello, Phoebe, so good to see you. I am so behind on my comments and FlossTubes as I have been in the Bay Area with Eva, Vince and David for the biggest part of July. Thank you for watching and your sweet comment.
Wonderful idea! Most of the stitchers who watch flosstube can't possibly afford to go to all the wonderful retreats we hear about. Thanks for bring out your tisket a tasket, I'm thinking of doing the whole pattern in a highly variegated blue thread!! I put it away because of all the thread changes, but I really love the pattern.
Good morning, Joanne, so nice to see you. I think A Tisket, A Tasket would be brilliant in a beautifully variegated floss. Sometimes I wish I had thought of that, but I truly love it as is. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
What a pleasure to see you again! I am a bit behind watching but saved your video for a time when I could really sit and enjoy it! Loved your Crewel embroidery pieces! i did crewel back in the 70’s too! It was the thing to do! OMG, your WiP’s are so beautiful! I never tire of seeing them and how you are progressing on them! Your finish on Chester is just wonderful, and what a great tribute to him! I would LOVE to Zoom with you!! Please do it!! Have a great week! See you soon!
Good morning, Carol, so nice to see you. I feel like I must have done other crewel pieces, but I don’t remember them. Thank you for watching, your kind words, and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Always a pleasure to spend time with you. ❤️The Zoom stitching time sounds like great fun. I will stay tuned for future plans regarding the Zoom meet ups.
Do the zoom! I’ll try very hard to be there! Happy birthday! You go girl! Thank you for connecting stitchers and getting them out of their world to see other stitchers and their lifestyles. Makes one appreciate what they have and empathize with others
Good morning, Gwen, so nice to see you. I appreciate your interest in Zoom stitching. I think it will be a wonderful way to get to know each other. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah - Happy Belated Birthday! I wasn’t able to watch your flosstube until today (June 25) as I was at the Stitch n Stash retreat over the weekend. It was a terrific event! I hope your birthday was as special as you are. I am all in for the zoom stitch together. How fun would that be!! Congratulations on your finishes. Both of them are so lovely and Chester’s place is a beautiful tribute to a special doggie. ❤️❤️
Hello, Brenda, so good to see you. I have heard the Stitch n Stash event was a grand success. I appreciate the belated birthday wishes. Thank you for watching, your kind comment, and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Wow, that piece for your mom is incredible. Chenille is my favorite accessory for my pillows. And Yay for Chester. It looks beautiful. Ha Ha Ha I am cracking up about the dog treats. Quite good. To the dog. So funny. Writing comments for floss tubes is easy but doing a Zoom would make me quite shy. I would however be willing to try it in a group of 10.
Hello, Alison, so good to see you. The wonderful quality of Zoom stitching is that you can talk or not as much as you would like. I find I am quiet on the larger numbers as well. Thank you for watching, your continued support. Happy stitching.
Sarah I hope I will be included in your ZOOM time! I will be 72 in September...so I am a sister in the 70 group!! 😊. I admit I don't always comment, but I always watch!! Vince is just darling at the end of the video!! Congratulations on #2 grandchild. HAPPY STITCHING TODAY AND EVERYDAY IN 2024!!
Hello, Karen, so good to see you. Aren’t we a wonderful group of 70 year olds? I appreciate all of your kind support. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching. I look forward to meeting you soon.
Sweet Sarah! Your progress is fantastic! I love how that basket chart is coming along. It’s going to be a stunner. I would love to have the opportunity to Zoom with you more than we do already! Saturday or Sunday are best for me since I work during the week. Lastly, Thank you, thank you, thank you for the shout out!!! You are the best. ❤❤❤❤
Hello, Jackie, so good to see you. I am quite excited about the opportunity to do some Zoom stitching. I am always honored to mention your fabulous FlossTube channel. Thank you for watching and all of your kind support. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah. The embroidery piece you did for your mother is beautiful, especially with the cat. You reminded me of a cat I stitched for my mother which came back to me after she passed. I have it on my wall now and love it. She was a cat lover and I am too. I enjoyed hearing your story about your English paper piecing. I also sew and quilt but have never done any paper piecing. I think you have inspired me to try it!!
Good morning, Diane, so nice to see you. I just finished the first full flower with English Paper Piecing and enjoyed the handwork very much. Let me know if you give it a try. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
❤. A lovely video Sarah! I’m so loving your pillow finish!!! So darn cute! All of your WIPs are just beyond words! I’m so happy that we got to see each other this past weekend!!!❤❤❤. See you soon!
Good morning, Deborah, so nice to see you. I loved being together at the stitchy meeting. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah Love the Finishes - they are so pretty. Love your WIPS - You are making great progress on them. They are so beautiful. Love the Pictures at the end. Vince is getting so grown up. Your Dog is so pretty. My One Dog I had - Chewy - Female German Shepherd - she was a Chewer - so I gave her a old pair of my Shoes and a old pair of Socks and she chewed on those - played with them - her and Peanut my Boston Terrier played Tug Of War with the Shoes and the Socks. I miss my two dogs. They were my life and my joy. Your Hexagons are looking great. I love making Hexagons. They are fun to make. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🙏🧵🪡🧵✂️🐾🐶🐾❤️
Hello, Linda, so good to see you. Stan made some tee-shirt toys for Annie and we purchased a deer antler for chewing. So far so good. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah, I loved seeing some of your early stitches and how nice that they're back with their maker! I'm sure they warm your heart! A Zoom would be a wonderful idea! I have zero stitchy friends locally, it just isn't popular or barely heard of in my part of the state! So count me in! Hugs, Candace
Hello, Candace, so good to see you. I appreciate your interest in the Zoom stitching. I am sure we can make it happen. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Sarah! I would LOOOVE to join a Zoom or whatever virtual meet up you may do. I am so happy that you have your family's pieces back. Very touching. As always, you make me smile........thanks for the inspiration.
Again, such a wonderful, meaningful time spent with you! I so enjoyed our time together as I stitched Summer by Cross Eyed Cricket! I would so love to do a zoom with you and other stitchers! My sisters and I zoom every three weeks and it feels almost like being together!! They aren’t cross stitchers 🙁. I’m retired, so anytime is good, although I think the afternoon would be best for me as I get my chores and errands done in the morning! I’m an avid cross stitcher for over 60 years and feel the same as you about this precious craft we share! Think you have a wonderful idea and I hope it works out well! You might have to limit the number or the amount of time as I’m imagining many, many wanting to stitch with you! 🥰
Good morning, Susan, so nice to see you. I am looking forward to getting the Zoom stitching going. I think the consensus is an afternoon time slot. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
The 14 count fabric with the decoys on it was called hopscotch. I stitched on it myself in the 80s, i made pillows with a rooster and a hen on them. Just wanted to refresh your memory on that, 😂
Hello, Melanie, so good to see you. Yes, Hopscotch! I am sure many of us had it in our stash in the 80’s. Thank you for watching and refreshing my memory. Happy stitching.
I wish you lived next-door!!!!! I can’t tell you how happy I am that you found a group of English paper piecers to stitch with. Your idea of ironing each shape before you attach them together is great and I’m so glad you suggested it. I’m sure you will learn tons of other tips and tricks if you stick with that group. Your cross stitch projects are stunning and I’m always so happy when I listen to you. Your positive sunshiny outlook just brightens my day.❤
Good morning, Susan, always lovely to see you. Can you believe I stumbled on a EPP group in Sonora? Wonderful. I look forward to my time with them. I feel like the ironing makes my basting stitch much easier to control with my hands. You know how much I appreciate your expertise and generosity for all of us. Thank you for watching and the kind comment.
My dear Sarah!! Such a wonderful video as always from start to finish. I have to admit to missing you before it's over... lol. Your finishes that came back to you are lovely! I especially love the crewel work with the darling cat!! All of your WIPs get me hepped up but Eddie and Patsy had me running over to Evertotes STAT. Love you tons my friend!🥰
Hello, dear Katherine, always lovely to see you. I loved seeing you a couple of weeks ago. You will adore Eddie and Patsy. It is fabulous. Did you get the Roxy Floss Co thread pack. They are dreamy, as are the DMC choices. Thank you for watching, my friend.
Oh my goodness, I just loved spending that time with you! I’m unpacking after a stitchy getaway so you kept me company whilst I worked! I love those pieces you stitched for your brother and mother! Your sister in law sounds like a lovely, kind, giving soul! And guess what! I started Florence on the 24th!
Hello, Holly, so good to see you. I just watched your latest FlossTube and the getaway sounded like such fun. I am sorry that Florence is giving you a hard time. Just take a deep breath and tackle again when you are ready. I haven’t been home much this first part of July, but I may at least start in on the piece from Peppermint and Holly. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
You are such a sweet, precious lady! Zooming would be great. Stacy, 911 Stitcher, has a zoom room that she set up. I feel like she would be very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of a zoom room.
Hello, Loretta, so good to see you. Isn’t it a lovely stitch? What a romantic engagement. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Congratulations on your Chester’s Place finish! So special! It’s ok if you cry or tear up Sarah. I understand why you want to avoid it but i hate the idea that we can’t be ourselves or that something is wrong if we show appropriate emotion. and you are always appropriate 🩷 I would LOVE to stitch with you in person, or zoom. I hope your birthday weekend was full of all that you enjoy. Love to you ❤️🩵💚
Hello, Tricia, so good to see you. I appreciate your kindness for my emotional being. Can’t hide it, it is who I have always been. Thank you for watching, your kind words, and your interest in Zoom stitching. Happy stitching.
How wonderful of your SIL to return the family stitches to you to enjoy again! 🥰 Oh my goodness I had to pause the video and have a little cry about Jane and Julie... I love them so much and will really miss them! Its amazing how attached we can feel to someone we haven't even met before in real life! Congrats on your wonderful finishes and enjoy your beautiful WIPs! Yes to the zoom stitch - I would really enjoy the opportunity to stitch with you from Canada! Weekend afternoons are best for me since I work during the week... but I would even play hooky from work to join in! LOL
Hello, dear Kathy, I was so happy to receive the pieces from SIL, she really is an angel. I definitely think weekend afternoons are a popular time slot for Zoom stitching. I so appreciated by birthday video from all of you, so sweet. Thank you for watching.
Zoom meetings would be amazing! I was lucky enough to be able to do one with Roberta and Linnie and it was so much fun! You are one of my favorite flosstubers, I love your sincerity, it would be amazing to meet you via zoom.
Hello, Marian, so nice to see you. Summer at Cherry Hill has deceptively a lot of stitching. It is perfect for two threads per day. Thank you for watching and your interest in ZOOM stitching.
I have been following your progress on Strawberry Fields by Blackbird and it is so adorable. I do enjoy stitching 1 over 1 on 25 count so I think I'm going to copy and stitch mine that way. Also, my husband walked into the room when you were showing your Long Dog piece and he was impressed by it so much he told me i should stitch that one. It is a stunning piece. Happy stitching Sarah.
Hello, dear Sherry, always good to see you. I think you would love stitching Pandemic or any similar Long Dog. Strawberry Fields 1/1 has been one of my favorite stitches. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching, my friend.
I just found you. This is my second time to watch your Flosstube. You are such a sweetheart and I love seeing all of your beautiful stitches. You are so soft hearted and such a joy to watch. I'm a new fan for sure!!!❤❤❤
Hello, Barbara, and welcome to my FlossTube channel. I look forward to sharing our cross stitch journey together. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
So lovely, Sarah! I always love watching your flosstube videos. Happy Birthday! I think your zoom idea is great! I’d love to meet some stitchy friends!
Hi Sarah. I always enjoy seeing you and hearing about your projects. I would love to meet you by zoom; I don’t travel a lot without my husband and don’t like a lot of people around me. I am an introvert and crowds tend to spark my anxiety. A few people and or zoom would be perfect. I hope you can find time to start zooms. Enjoy your stitching time my friend and happy birthday stitching with Judy ❤❤❤
Hello, Mary, so good to see you. I think Zoom stitching with small numbers would work great for you and I look forward to meeting you. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah, another great video. Zoom would be awesome. Chester turned out lovely. It will make a great pillow. I like the Catharina Leunissen chart, I will have to find one for myself!
Hello, so nice to see you. I just couldn’t resist Catherine Leunissen chart. She is another big one, but I will enjoy the process. Thank you for watching and the interest in Zoom stitching.
Thank you for sharing the pieces that your SIL sent back to you. I remember stitching on Hopscotch fabric (your upside down duck piece). One of my besties has something she stitched back in the day on the yellow and white one in her kitchen. The crewel piece is amazing. A lot of time and work went into that. Pandemic is beautiful as are all the pieces you shared. I hope you had a happy birthday and got to stitch with your birthday buddy.
Good morning, Barbara, so nice to see you. I think we all had some Hopscotch in our stash back in the day. I truly can’t believe that I stitched the crewel piece. Thank you for watching and the birthday wishes. Happy stitching.
This will be a first for me, but this video was so very special. May I join the crowd of June birthdays? I turned 82 on June 19th. Have enjoyed stitching with you from the beginning and watching your growth. Because of you, I've started two "Courage" pieces for dear friends who are being challenged with health issues. Cried along with you on the loss of Chester as I had just lost my dear black lab, Sophie. Recently finished "Ann Grimshaw" and have "Mary 395" kitted up. Of course, I may never live long enough to get all my projects finished but am loving the journey. Now I have my eye on Catharine Adriana ... Thanks for letting me stitch along. Evelyn
Hello, Evelyn, so good to see you. A much belated birthday to you for your 82nd birthday. How absolutely wonderful!!! I am so touched that you have watched since the beginning. I cannot tell you what that means to me. Congratulations on finishing Ann Grimshaw. You will love Mary 395. I probably had no business starting Catharine Adriana, but she is spectacular and I just want to know that I have put thread to fabric and as you say, “enjoy the journey”. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching. I look forward to hearing from you again.
What a great video and your sister in law gifts were so precious. Crewel work is beautiful. Love seeing your progress on your projects. I would love to stitch with you, being that my husband is having chemo I am limited to going “out” to stitch groups or retreats. That would be great and thank you for offering that. Vince is so adorable! Happy Birthday and looking forward to stitching Florence.
Hello, dear Renee, always good to see you. I think the Zoom stitching will be wonderful, especially for those of us who for a variety of reasons, don’t travel as much. I am certainly looking forward to forward to meeting everyone. Thank you for watching and the birthday wishes. Happy stitching.
Maybe you should have called today's video " so many tears" 🥰I love your tender heart towards things! Chester's Place looks amazing! I think the idea of the zoom calls would be fun, I have yet to join any but I do get a LOT of time to stitch at Acorns and Threads. Have a wonderful week.
Hello, dear Connie, so nice to see you. I appreciate your interest in Zoom meet ups. How wonderful to be able to stitch at Acorn and Threads! I have had the pleasure of going twice. Thank you for watching and the kind comment. Happy stitching.
I so enjoyed your FlossTube today! As always, your stitching is inspirational. I am so sorry to hear that Jane and Julie won't be doing FlossTubes. I hope that they are continuing to stitch. They spurred me on to try Hardanger! Happy Birthday!
1976 - Crewel reigned! And stamped cross stitch was more available than counted. Nice to see the lovely piece you did for your mom. Really enjoyed Jackie's meditation - she brought out everything that is soothing about hand sewing. Glad you brought her calm out. Jane and Julie have been through so much physically in the last year, that I do hope this is just a long pause while Julie undergoes her hand surgery and recovery. I cried too when I read their message. Dear ladies to my heart. Just like you and so many others who share their stitching. EJ (one of the Sunshine Stitchers) has been doing a zoom and stitch along since the beginning of the year. She might be a helpful resource.
Hello, Marcia, so nice to see you. I just had another commenter who said she stitched the same piece in 1976. Jane and Julie are very special ladies. Thank you for letting me know about EJ. She would be an excellent resource. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Hello, Cindy, so nice to see you. I appreciate the kind words for Chester’s Place. I am anxious to convert to a project bag. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah! I am a bit behind on my floss tubes, so I just watched this one and was saddened by the news about Jane and Julie. I know they both were having some health issues and they have been on my mind and in my heart. I pray for them both and send my love for rest and recovery. I am a qulter as well as a stitcher so was delighted to see you are tipping your toes into this rabbit hole. It will pull you in - be warned, but is a wonderfu community and craft to experience. I have the chart for A Tisket, A Tasket. It is calling me from its project bag, but I tend to be monagomous, so it will need to wait its turn. Happy Birthday month! Congratulations on the second grandbaby. So many blessings!
Hello, Nancy, so good to see you. We will all miss Jane and Julie. I must admit I feel myself mildly hooked on EPP. I would like to start a Grandmother’s Flower Garden. It will be a slow but enjoyable process. You will love A Tisket, A Tasket, I promise. Thank you for watching and the birthday wishes.
Your pandemic sampler is beautiful. This is a must frame piece when done. It is magnificent. I will miss jane and julie too. I love their flosstubes and feel like i know them personally. It is so wonderful that your sil sent you those pieces back. They are beautiful. You are such a sweet person.
Good morning, Sheila, so nice to see you. I would love to see Pandemic framed and on my wall one day. I do love stitching on it. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hello, Katherine, so good to see you. Isn’t A Tisket, A Tasket an extraordinary chart. It may take a long time to complete but I will enjoy the process. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Oh Sarah - I cried right along with you. But I am a French-Canadian nurse so I get sentimental at the drop of a hat. Loved those old finishes you did. I have a piece of crewel, amongst others, that I did many years ago which is an owl and it has waited all this time to be framed. I am beginning to think about it and what kind of frame I want. It could still take awhile.
Good morning, Nicole, so nice to see you. I was very happy to have the stitched pieces from Mom and my brother back with me after many, many years. I understand about taking a while to get a piece framed, lol. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Pandemic is looking so good. The Chester finish is gorgeous! I think your Strawberry Fields is my favorite of all the Strawberry Fields that I’ve seen. Lovely to visit with you. I’m interested in stitching via Zoom!
Good morning, Angela, so nice to see you. I do love working on Pandemic. I appreciate the kind words for Strawberry Fields, it has been a wonderful stitch for me. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
I think your Zoom call idea is wonderful. I admire all of you who do a Floss Tube, but know that's just not for me. So to be able to get to know you "in person" as it were and you to know us would be fun. Timing could be tricky as I'm in the mountain time zone and am still working part time, most often 10 - 2. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for your ideas in the future!
Hello Sarah,So glad to see your tonight,I always love your projects!!! Sometimes when I’m antiquing I find stitching pictures that has been thrown away probably by family members of lost family.I just have to rehome it in my home.
Hello, Pat, so good to see you. I always look for cross stitched pieces when I go to the thrift shop. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Good morning, dear Kim, so nice to see you. I watched your video and you are just a little bit further along than me, haha! I am thrilled you will be joining in with Judy and I. Happy stitching and thank you for watching.
@@SarahsStitchySpot I’m in Shreveport…I grew up in Colorado, but met my hubby at LSU. He’s a geologist and got a job in S’port right out of grad school. It has been our home since then. My DIL’s mom and sister live in Lake Charles. Thanks for the time and effort you put into your videos. Btw, so sorry about your brother. I lost my little sister to breast cancer in March and I know how very difficult it is to lose a sibling. She was my best friend and stitching buddy. She had a flosstube channel before she got sick.
Hi Sarah your work is so beautiful! I’m so happy that you are getting Ida Mae and Ira Rae to stitch. I have been looking for these two charts for a long time myself.
Good morning, Barbara, so nice to see you. I have completed stitching Ira Ray and Ida May thanks to Julie. They are some where being passed from stitcher to stitcher. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Sarah, a Zoom call with you would be fantastic! I like your idea of starting with 10 people, and picking different people each time. I'd start small and when you are comfortable with it, try a larger group. Your videos are so uplifting and I thank you for your kindness and all of the time it takes to make your videos!❤❤❤
Hello, Kathy, so nice to see you. I think we can make a go of the Zoom stitching. I appreciate your encouragement. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hello, Darlene, so nice to see you. I appreciate the encouragement for Pandemic, such a joy to stitch. Thank you for watching and the kind comment. Happy stitching.
I would love to do a zoom with you. Thank you so much for letting us know about Jane and Julie. I had been watching for a new episode. I am very sorry to see them go and will miss them.
Happy belated birthday Sarah. You're going to love stitching Florence Mary Dickinson. I finished mine last year and it is one of my very favorite pieces. I would love to Zoom with you.
Hello, Andrea, so good to see you. I am stitching on Florence this morning with the goal of finishing the skeleton of the border. Congratulations on your finish. Thank you for watching and the birthday wishes. Happy stitching.
Oh Sarah, from the first second of your floss tube, I can't help but starting to smile because you have a smile on your face your eyes and your voice. I love watching and listening. I love your Eddie and Patsy, another one for my wishlist. I've started following you on Insta so I can see more of you. Zooming would be great but since I live on the Netherlands, that would be very late in the night or very early in the morning, depending on where exactly you are in the USA. But I'm interested. -xx-
Hello, Marion, so good to see you. Your kind words have touched my heart. I promise we will figure out a way to make the Zoom work even if you are in the Netherlands. Thank you for watching and all of your kind support. Happy stitching.
I don't often comment, but I NEVER miss your videos. I love seeing what you are working on. I'd love to zoom. As I'm on the East coast an afternoon would be a better time,
Sarah, I love your Zoom idea! Depending on day & time I hope to join you on one. I agree when you get too many people & they're talking it can get glitchy to hear. I do one with my family every Sunday and when everyone tries to talk it gets a little crazy. I'm so bummed that I missed you at the stitching meet-up! My daughter had a swim meet and those go from 6:30am until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon! And this Saturday it was 102 outside! So much sweating happened! But fun to watch her swim! I dont have a June birthday but I do have one in July (13th). I want to join your stitch along! I started Mary Florence Dickinson awhile back but I need some motivation to focus & get it complete!
Hello, Elizabeth, so good to see you. I missed seeing you as well. I do want to keep the numbers relatively low for each Zoom meeting for exactly your reason. Swim meets for your children are important. I certainly have done many over the years. I know the heat made the meet uncomfortable. Please pick up Florence and join Judy and I. Thank you for watching. Hoping to see you in July!
Happy birthday! Congratulations on your FFO and your finish of “Chester.” They are wonderful! I really enjoyed the two pieces your SIL sent you. Gorgeous! Your pictures at the end of your video of Vince and Annie are so precious! Thank you for sharing your life with us. Happy stitching! Hugs.❤
Your Zoom idea is wonderful! Reach out to Katie The Novel Stitcher. She had a Zoom meeting for her book club and it worked out just fine. I like your mentioning of Jane and Julie. We will miss them. Good luck on Florence Mary Dickenson. I finished her last June and she was a joy to stitch.
Hello, Sherry, so good to see you. I did participate in Katie’s Pages and Stitches. She could be an excellent resource. How wonderful you have had a finish on Florence Mary Dickinson. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Every Friday afternoon I run a Zoom with 6 of my quilting friends. It has been a way to keep our friendships closer and to stay up to date with family events. I look forward to each of them every week they bring me such joy and break up what can be a lonely week for me.
Hello, Natashia, so good to see you. I have had such fun with the tiny stitching of Strawberry Fields. I plan to always have at least one piece going. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
You are so much fun to watch. I just love your ability to laugh at yourself. Just so you know…I have a rule that no one cries by themself…so when you tear up I am right there with you. Please keep doing what you do. I love spending my Saturday mornings with you!
Another lovely episode Sarah. Zoom meetings sound fun-afternoons are great when the natural light is at its best . Providing the calls work from Canada I’d love to join in.
Hello, Kristine, so good to see you. I will definitely be doing day time stitchy meet ups. I don’t stitch after 6:30-7 at night. Zoom should work fine for Canada. I think the most important factor is good internet. Thank you for watching and your kind comment.,
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. I would love to join a zoom meeting with you. My time zone is EST, so it would depend on when you are planning to have them. Happy stitching!
Hey Sarah! I would love to stitch with you and others. I’m in! I love your previous finishes. You are so sweet and tender hearted. ❤ my birthday is the 29th and I’ve always loved that HATS chart so I may need in on this SAL. Exciting things are happening.
Good morning, Nan, so nice to see you. Belated birthday wishes, so many wonderful June birthdays. Judy and I would love to have you stitch with us. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
Zoom would be so much fun! I work full time so my vote is weekend time slot. I have lost many family members and recently found a needlework treasure from my mother when cleaning out my sisters things from her recent passing. Such a treasure and I will be hanging it up in my craft room this weekend. I hope getting those pieces back brings you comfort Sarah ❤️ you have a sweet, gentle soul and enjoy your flosstube so much!
Good morning, Nancy, so nice to see you. Seeing these stitched gifts from the past does bring much comfort and wonderful memories. Weekends for the Zooms are a must for those who work, I agree. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
Hello, so nice to see you. Isn’t it amazing to have the same pieces? I have had several comments of stitchers who have done that piece back in the 80’s Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Thank you Sarah I got a little teary eyed today with you. I did crewel work way back in the 80’s, your mothers piece is so beautiful. I will miss Jane and Julie too. A zoom meet up would be wonderful. Happy stitching.
Good morning, Donna, so nice to see you. I am thrilled to have Mom’s piece back with me and thankful for my SIL taking such good care of it. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Hi Sara, the ducks you stitched are not dead. They are meant to represent wooden decoys.. I remember them from my childhood. My dad and brother always hunted and dad had wooden decoys. I vote for a project bag from it. I think it would be great! Oh, dear Sarah, you speak my heart feelings about Jane and Julie. I am fellow Minnesotan and I just loved their humor. So Minnesotan. Don't apologize for tears of love and warmth and friendship. I cried too, and there is no shame in that....💓 Wow! Taking on EPP is remarkable. Good for you! it is so much fun to do it together with others as well. How fun! For whatever reason, it seemed like a very long time since I have seen Pandemic and to me, it looks as though you have done so very much more than I recall. It is gorgeous! Your Courage sampler is just beautiful! Oooo...I have A Tiscket a Tascket as well. How beautiful. You encourage me to start mine as well.. Thee same for Away We Ride... I love ed your Eddie and Patsy! So colorful and I loved the fabric its on as well. Vince's stocking is looking charming. The band across the top of your Juneteenth sample is just so lovely. It is going to totally complement the piece amazingly. Oh, I would love to do a Zoom with you! How fun that would be! I don't stitch with anyone, so a zoom stitch would be just delightful. Great Idea. Thank you Sarah!! You have given me a gift as well. Thank you for all you love and sharing...🥰
Good morning, Virginia, so nice to see you. What a sweet and thoughtful comment. I forgot about the ducks being decoys. My brother always called them dead ducks, because he was such the hunter. am a bit excited about EPP and hope I will pick it up other times than when we meet up at the quilt store. Thank you for watching, your kind support and encouragement, and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Sarah, I love your visits and all of your beautiful stitching. It's inspiring to see each piece and to talk about them, flosses, fabric, etc. You touch so many lives with your smile, your joy and compassion, it means a lot to all of us. Thank you so much
Sarah the fabric you used for your brother's piece was sold as Hopscotch brand Aida. It's funny how I remembered that so many years ago but can't remember what I did yesterday! LOL I stitched several things on it including a couple of purses way back when!
Hello, Donna, so good to see you. A previous comment suggested the name Hopscotch. I imagine many of us had it in our stash back in the day. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Happy happy birthday! 🎉🎂🎈 hi Sarah! It’s always so nice to see you! I so enjoy you and your flosstube! I would love to meet you and I know that travel from Florida to California is unlikely. I would love to zoom with you! Happy stitching!
Hello, Debbie, so nice to see you. I am thrilled we will be seeing each other again in 2025. I appreciate you joining Judy and me in stitching Florence Mary Dickinson. Thank you for watching and your kind support.
Never apologize for your tears, sweet lady. Your projects are beautiful, but I admit I’d watch you if you were bass fishing or something. Your energy comes right through the internet and the vibe is love ❤
Always so happy to see a new post from you come up on my UA-cam open page! I loved seeing your oldies. I had a cross stitch shop in the 80’s so I am familiar with the fabrics and designs from back then. Your duck decoys for your brother we’re done on a fabric called hopscotch. I loved Annie’s toys and how beautiful she is. I will be 73 this year also. I’m just getting back to cross stitch after 30 years and can’t see the fine linens anymore even with a top of the line magnifier so I’m working on 14, 11 and 7 count fabrics. They are beautiful non the less. I also did crewel embroidery. A lot of my old needlework I am not taking out of frames and making into quilts. Sorry about this book I’m writing, just want to share. I love the zoom idea! Enjoy your stitch time! Shirley
Good morning, Shirley, so nice to see you. I appreciate your kind support of my FlossTube channel. Hopscotch, that’s it! A blast from the past. We are head over heels in love with Annie. How wonderful you have returned to cross stitching. All the fabrics and counts are beautiful these days. Looking forward to meeting you someday soon on Zoom. Thank you for watching. I loved hearing from you. Happy stitching.
Lovely to stitch along while you chatted this morning Sarah. Your zoom connection idea is a great one. I hope you find a way to make it happen that works well for you. If we can get the timing right I might even be able to join you some time. 😉
I laughed, I cried ❤ thank you for a wonderful visit while I knit away on Sarah’s afghan 😊
Good morning, Caroline, so nice to see you. I am thrilled to hear that you were working on Sarah’s afghan. I am assuming that is the gray one, right? Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy crafting, my friend.
Lovely as always to spend a morning with you Sarah 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 Have a great day Sarah!
Great stitches Sarah!
Chester turned out so nice, love that you added Annie.
Cute pics of Vince, & Annie is too cute.
Marilyn
Hello, Marilyn, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
Hello, Karen, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Thank you for a wonderful floss tube today. You always give me lots of inspiration !!
Hello, Lin, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and the kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah, love your ideas and your stitching. Thanks for sharing. God Bless. ❤
Hello, Linda, always good to see you. Thank you for watching and the kind comment. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah
Love the Finishes - they are so pretty.
Take Care & Happy Stitching
❤️🤗🙏🧵🪡🧵✂️🐾🐶🐾❤️
Sarah, you are so sweet. I love watching you and stitching. A zoom meet up would be wonderful. Maybe alternate different times.
Good morning, Bea, so nice to see you. I appreciate your interest in Zoom stitching. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
Sarah! I would LOOOVE to join a Zoom or whatever virtual meet up you may do. I am so happy that you have your family's pieces back. Very touching. As always, you make me smile........thanks for the inspiration.
Hello, so good to see you. I appreciate your interest in Zoom stitching. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Love the idea of Zoom meet ups😊. Lovely flosstube, Sarah ❤
Hello, Sarah, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
What a lovely video. I enjoy your FlossTube so very much. I think your zoom idea is perfect. 💕
Hello, Kara, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching, the kind words, and your interest in Zoom stitching.
A zoom stitch would be nice. I do not have stitching friends where I live. A zoom meeting would be great.
Hello, Jo, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Hello, Jan, so good to see you. Stacy, 911 stitcher, would be a great resource. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Zoom sounds fun. I live seeing all you are working on. Your stitching is beautiful.
Hello, Deborah, so good to see you. Thank you for watching, your kind comment, and your interest in Zoom stitching.
I’m also stitching Souvenir de France - for my son and his fiancé. They got engage in June 2023 in front of the Eiffel Tower. Love your videos.
Oh my goodness I had to pause the video and have a little cry about Jane and Julie...
Hello, Alicia, so good to see you. I appreciate your interest in Zoom stitching. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
I LOVE Summer at Cherry Hill!!! Zooming with you would be great fun!
Good morning, Jackie, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching, the birthday wishes, and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Sarah, I am so glad you got those special pieces back!❤
Hello, so good to see you. I feel very grateful that I have those pieces back with me. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
I so enjoyed your FlossTube today! As always, your stitching is inspirational. I am so sorry to hear that Jane and Julie won't be doing FlossTubes. I hope that they are continuing to stitch. They spurred me on to try Hardanger! Happy Birthday!
Good morning, Pam, so nice to see you. How wonderful that you tried Hardanger!! Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Your tribute to Jane and Julie is perfect. -Stephanie
Thank you, Stephanie. I will miss them. Happy stitching.
Hi Sarah ❤ Chester's place turned out gorgeous! I love the fabric you used!
Oh my goodness. I want to stitch a tisket, a tasket. I love that piece.
Hi Sarah. I love your idea of a zoom call. Happy birthday!!!!!
Good morning, Holly, so nice to see you.
Hello, Debby, so nice to see you. There will be some attention to time zones for sure. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Thank you for a wonderful video. Zooming sounds great. I work full time and would prefer to zoom on the weekend. Thank you again.
Hello, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Great video as usual. Your Chester finish is wonderful ❤.
Good morning, Geri, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Finished with Eddie and Patsy, ha! Not yet, friend. Looking forward to joining you for your birthday stitch!💕
Good morning, dear Kim, so nice to see you. I watched your video and you are just a little bit further along than me, haha! I am thrilled you will be joining in with Judy and I. Happy stitching and thank you for watching.
I'm sure there are many stitchers that would love to Zoom with you. Go for it!
Hello, Lisa, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Great flosstube. You’re making great progress on your wips. A zoom call would be fantastic!
Hello, so nice to see you. I lived in Lake Charles from 63-72. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Happy hour Zoom! This sounds great 💕. I’m in !!
Good morning, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
I’m just amazed at your Pandemic, it’s stunning!!
Hello, Kristi, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in some Zoom stitching. Happy stitching.
As I'm on the East coast an afternoon would be a better time,
Hello, Judith, so good to see you. I appreciate your interest in Zoom stitching. Thank you for watching and your kind words. Happy stitching.
I enjoy the PNPS magazine.
Good morning, Charlotte, so nice to see you. I love PNPS as well. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Stitching together is for sure a lot of fun. Lol....if only we all lived a little closer...lol....lol..... ZOOM away zoom
Hello, Hanna, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Hugs.❤
Hello, Joyce, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. I love having all of you in my life. Happy stitching.
I like the idea of zoom. Happy birthday 🎂.
Good morning, Sherry, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and the birthday wishes. Happy stitching.
Good morning, Jude, so nice to see you. I think it is wonderful to have these regular meet ups. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
Yay Sarah!! Great idea for getting together. 🎉
Hello, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
I would LOVE to zoom and stitch with you! Sounds fabulous! And I just love Strawberry Fields Forever. I really enjoy tiny stitching. :)
Hello, Natashia, so good to see you. I have had such fun with the tiny stitching of Strawberry Fields. I plan to always have at least one piece going. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Hi Sarah! Chester’s Place turned out so beautiful. Annie is adorable and little Vince just keeps getting cuter! YES to any and all zoom opportunities😊
Hello, Joni, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom meet ups. Happy stitching.
Loved your finish on Chester. 😍 Totally agree on Jane & Julie. They will be very missed.

Hello, Vicky, so good to see you.
Good morning, Amanda, so nice to see you. I am glad to know that you are there with me. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
Thank you for watching and your kind comment.,
Love seeing your video! You are such an inspiration! Awesome idea for a zoom meeting!! I wish you lived door!
Good morning, Barbara, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching, the kind comment, and your interest in Zoom stitching,
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. I would love to join a zoom meeting with you. My time zone is EST, so it would depend on when you are planning to have them. Happy stitching!
Hello, Karin, so good to see you. I plan to try and coordinate time zones the best I can. Thank you for watching, my friend.
You are amazing and your work is beautiful ❤
Hello, Karen, so good to see you. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy stitching.
I love all your videos your stitching is beautiful! Years ago at goodwill a crewel embroidery piece just like yours. It hangs by my front door.
Thank you so much
Hello, Linda, so good to see you. Your kind words are appreciated. Thank you for watching and your continued support. Happy stitching.
A zoom is a fantastic idea!!!!
Good morning, Laurel, so nice to see you. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Hello, Tami, so good to see you. Thank you for watching, the kind comment, and the birthday wishes. Happy stitching.
Would love a zoom with you! Love love the past stitches that bring so many memories back for you. Just know that when you tear up, so do I!
Hello, Carlene, so good to see you. Thank you for watching, your kind comment and interest in Zoom stitching.
I'll be stitching Florence tomorrow with you. May you have the happiest birthday ever!! 🎉
Oh! And zoom!
Hello, Lynne, so good to see you. Your kind words have made me verklempt. Thank you for watching and your interest in Zoom stitching.
Good morning, Sarah, so nice to see you. I will make sure that we can find a time to connect. Thank you for watching. Happy stitching.
