I feel a good quality bottom bracket gives a better feeling than opsw or ceramic jockey wheels replacements like tacx. I can feel the difference but having a solid bottom bracket with good quality bearings really helps you transfer power or get that extra rpm in cadence. Will you do a feature on bottom brackets? Maybe for fun you can do a blind ‘taste test’ so a rider can try to feel what they prefer or even notice, between stock, opsw or bb. Keep up the content!

@@DarylSeanChan The highest drag on bearings come from the weather/rain shield, then viscosity and amount of grease, then size and perfect roundness of bearings and lastly the quality/ hardness of the races.
其實自行車就是這樣了，在很多地方聚沙成塔。換大導輪省1W，換空力一體車把省2W，換碳纖空力輻條輪組省5W，這樣方方面面可能就省10W了。40KM/h可以省10W的話就算是對一般人也有感了。
可惜我鈔能力不足，還沒堆成塔就只留一盤散沙 🤣🤣🤣🫣🫣

50w 咁真係抵買賺watts賺到笑 🤣🤣
好多11速Cassette 最重個波都係11牙, RB可能有14牙, 其實個Pulley大左真係冇乜用. Friction Facts有做到呢個測試, 後脾最好同最差嘅型號係慳到11W, 而家Fiction Facts俾Ceramic Speed買左, 以前啲third party測試睇唔返. 另一個大Pulley好處係個後脾可以容許更大飛輪嘅齒數差距. 我自己3D print左個Tension pulley, 放左個ceramic bearing, 改左個Shimano 11T改到15T放左喺架Scott MTB Scale 700, 係真係可以做到更大嘅齒差.
係，我覺得少遺憾friction facts 賣俾CS… 完全唔中立了！ 師兄有料，可以自己print 嘢 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

以前套SR11 Gen1得個紅蓋tension係用陶瓷軸承, 黑蓋guide pulley係用返普通金屬軸承。上年訂咗SR12, 見佢兩個都紅蓋心諗今次終於肯行晒陶瓷軸承, 雖然唔係啤呤但都好吖, 點知返嚟一拆原來係假狗, 兩個都係普通金屬軸承, 金寶你好嘢

哪家环法车队用佐大导轮？宾果？
World Tour 車隊斷斷續續的都有使用大導輪。 但是這些職業車隊的使用裝備我覺得我們凡人都不好拿來參考，畢竟他們都是贊助主導的運作。 比如說，Shimano贊助的車隊是有要求必須全套配件都是使用原廠零件，就算有功能上的區別也不能使用其他牌子的導輪/齒片/功率計等等～

Honestly, all these OSPs are hyped up, and overpriced for very little performance gain. I rather spend it on a good BB which is more important.
