I think the beeps happen when it detected a dot on the floor. The fastest one detected less. I guest it should be a balance between speed and precision.

I think the white dots tell these machines about to slow down or the curve also the dots are only at the left side that mean there are two sensor one two detect the White line track and second the dots the machine has 2 wheels at each side i think its magnetic the surface and wheels

So a system where power is delivered directly to the cat would be ideal. Large groups of people are predictable, so you could have pickup points all over the place where people can walk or bike to in a couple minutes. This decreases the cost of the infrastructure and it'll speed trips up due to less stopping and starting. A system like that can also have increased speeds since most unpredictable factors are taken out of the equation. The capacity can be increased further by attaching multiple large cars together to form a train of cars. Wait, a train of cars? Did I just reinvent trains by improving self-driving cars?
the majority of the problems i bet come from knowing when to stop at a traffic light, not crashing with other cars, and there also isnt a camera under the car to detect limes under it
Back when I was a kid, we did this with all analog on 8 D batteries. When Grandpa was young, he did it with vacuum tubes, relays and a pair of truck batteries.

Line-following was solved decades ago in self-driving cars. Now we're stuck at detecting intent of other drivers, which is much harder to program.
