    Instead of ittu sa oil, use enough of coconut oil or desi ghee.
    Use pink salt instead of table salt
    Eat a heavy breakfast and light dinner.
    In between, snack on carrots, cucumbers, yogurt, roasted chickpeas, makhana, kurmuray etc
    This is what I do and AlhumdoLillah it works

      Jo main ne kaha wo bhi diet hai or jo dipi ne kaha woh bhi diet hai. Dipi ki diet ke fast results hongay, definitely. But notmal housewives strict diets nahi follow ker sakti, like these celebs. Iske muqablay healthy portion eating is long term diet and helps shedding pounds slowly and effectively. More suitable for housewives. I don't hv any objection with what she is doing. I m only suggesting it for normal housewives who won't be able to follow a strict diet. The rest is upto u.

    Mam 6 litre and 4 litre of water is also harful it may cause malfunctioning of kidney. Water intake should not exceed 3 litres. I hope u understand😊😊😊

      @@pdc99 Rajmah and dal have more or less same nutritional value. You can check nutritional value of any item on google. One should have .8 to 1.5 X body weight of protein in 1 day. That’s bare minimum to maintain muscle mass. If you can cover that with different items of food, that’s the best approach, just remain in calorie deficit in order to lose weight plus exercise.

      Why r u suggesting ppl what they should write.. it's thr opinion. U can give yours.. stop commenting on what others should write. And i myself have thyroid doctors do not recommend straving and eat like a kid to thyroid patients it's dangerous for health. I got thyroid at young age bcoz of doing diet at only after that i realised that .. this is dangerous. The best way is to eat healthy home made full meals and exercising rather than cutting on natural nutrients and depending upon artificial multivitamins.. it's harmful in long run may be she won't get side-effects at this age but definitely after 40 it will affect

    Whatever you measure cooked , instead that needs to be measured raw. U should measure 50 gm of veggies raw , pulse 50gm raw.

    After taking ur thyroid medication, you are supposed to wait 4-6 hrs before taking ur vitamins. Thats what my doctor recommended. And also when you go for ur blood test, stop taking ur vitamin 3 days before, it will interfere with ur results. All the best take care.

    Hi Dipika,
    I have to thank you for your tip of using ‘butter paper’ to make “jawar roti “ aka ज्वारीची भाकरी (we call it in Marathi). I tried so many methods but none of them worked so far, today I used butter paper and the magic worked !
    I am not on weight loss mission, actually a few kg under weight but ज्वारीची भाकरी is more fulfilling and healthier option ! So thank you once again 🥰

    This is a strict diet.. have followed it... did reduce a hefty amount of weight in a very short time..
    But it all bounced back very soon.. maintenance very difficult.... rather have a long term plan which is not this difficult and easy to continue for life.. and make it as a lifestyle.... holistically :)
    Measuring food not healthy mentallt for normal people...
    Cup measurement also workss...
    Be simple... helps in the long run
    She rightly said be responsible of what you put in ypur mouth...

      True. And measurements can't be the same for every person. It varies from person to person. And there is no need to completly avoid ghee. It should be taken in moderate amounts and some things are only best absorbed with ghee like jowar or bajra roti. Follow Rujuta Diwekar on instagram. She tells about importance of traditional foods like ghee in our diet

    Don’t lose heart Di. Diet is an art of trial and error, that’s why there are so many diets out there 🤪. The main thing is to stay healthy whilst dieting.     Hi Ma’am. All your videos are amazing and entertaining.me and my whole family love to watch them.
    But as a Nutritionist I am so sorry to say. As celebrities , aaplogo ko aisi video nahi daalnj chahiye. You all have to understand the impact it has on people and how it influences them. Every body’s requirements and needs are different. You cannot generalise and say how much milk product one should have. Ghee is a source of good fats, and should be included in right amount in the diet. Instead of multivitamins, nutrients from foood is much much better absorbed. Food should be seen as a means of nutrients and not just calories.
    .
    We nutritionist have to calculate the meals calories, protein and consider other factors based on each individual. Which is time consuming and we have studied 5 years of our lives for it. And when influencers post things like these, others who have no idea about it follow it blindly.
    You can definitely share what you eat or how you follow your routine. But sharing tips and what to eat and not to eat in a general manner is not right ma’am. Sorry, I do not mean to hurt in any way. Just giving a constructive feedback.

    Avoid palak and gobhi if u have hypothyroidism .after ur tablet anything should be consumed after 45mins (minimal). Don't take calcium tablet in morng, try to take calcium tablet in ur lunch only ..

      @Shwetlana : I will suggest eat everything in modertaion. Never overeat and try to eat home cooked (PG cooked) healthy food. Avoid eating out often. I have realized from my experince that contrloing portions is very imp. And do any form of exercise, try to do it everyday. Have patience and it will work for you. :)

    Please follow Rujuta Diwekar's diet plan, will help in the long run. Normal food comprising carbs, Proteins and fats, but yes, in less quantity. This diet is not feasible to follow on a long run. Depriving yourself from normal food will make you crave for more later. Also, very important to include ghee in your diet. Just curb your sugar intake and junk food, that's it, and you are sorted 😊

    The diet is not correct in many sense . The breakfast is supposed to be heavy and dinner should be light have water with lime , jeera aur dhaniya aur pudhina seeds after waking up have breakfast by 9
    Avoid fruit in evening
    Have a fruit around 11 with almonds
    Have lunch by 2pm max
    At 5 go for a glass of milk or cup of tea and rosted makhana
    By 8 pm have dinner
    Exercise for 40 mins

    Multi vitamins should not be taken within 4 hours of taking the thyroid medicine especially calcium and iron.

      And tea should not be consumed within 2-4 hrs of taking multivitamins because it does not allow iron to get absorbed

    Yeah that's true she is eating like a pateint it a diet of a 5 yrs old.. she is depriving herself from natural nutrients and depending upon artificial multivitamins. That's not right wau to loose weight. I think eating healthy home made full meals and doing normal exercise is best way to stay healthy rather than just focusing on numbers on the weighing machine. Ese to chakkar kha ke gir jaoge aur bimar ho jaoge.. i tried it myself over dieting got me thyroid in young age. Ppl who have thyroid should eat properl without starving or restrictions on healthy food. It's dangerous for your health. Doctor recommends not to strav urself and eat full meals and exercise if u have thyroid problems

      Yeah that's so trur i have tried this over dieting and literally starved my self eating just little portions and that's why it got me thyroid in a very young age I am just 18 and diagnosed with hypothyroid and due to which I got anxiety issues chakkar aane lge ek do baar gir bhi gyi I have made a lot of mistakes throughout my dieting period but I have learnt so much too!

      This is not a starving diet , it is proportional and healthy eating habit. I have followed this way of eating less carbs more vegetables and daal , no health problems instead it worked best . And after certain age we go back to smaller size of meals .

      @@arpitadabhi2295 exactly after certain age we naturally starts eating less but at young age depriving urself from eating the amount ur body needs is not natural and its wrong.. u urself proved the point.. that's why elders says you should eat property at young age bcoz it helps you when u get old and keeps u stronger.. she is not even eat full bowl of daal or sabzi and eating only once a day no breakfast no no lunch only dinner that's not a natural diet for body.. eating thrice a day is something which is designed in ancient times bcoz it has some meaning.. so loose ur weight not ur mind.. this is for ppl like u and her.. i have studied Nutrition and food for a long time now and took forma educationall degree for it.. if u can put ur mind and heart in what u eat it helps u in long run

It should be in glass or clay bottle, in which people are storing pickles. Plastic is very dangerous for health for salt storing. And 2nd tip is we should never cook roti in direct 🔥. It's poisonous. cook in pan only. That cause damage to your health .ok
