Good luck! Once you get trucking in your blood it’s pretty addicting. Wish you the best and keep after your goals it can be pretty rewarding out here for you and your family
@@captain.john. absolutely, I'll be following all your process. I'm in the stage of doing research, preparing for the clp and when am ready I'll be applying, so when I apply I could use you as a driver referral and if you become a trainer by the time I apply you could probably be my trainer 👍
@@captain.john. I have a virtual appointment tomorrow, needed to update sleep apnea test still looking at sept 26th arrival or oct 3rd so will keep you posted? Did you receive TWIC card same day? I have appointment here Friday for mines
@@moniqueaftertrucking they told me I'd be going through the twice process during tnt. My first day of orientation video will post next Monday. I think I packed adequately but I brought extra stuff lol. I definitely had a hard time carrying everything. Definitely bring all documentation with you, even if they already received it. Just bring them. That will be in my video too.
@@captain.john. I’m coming from California as well brother. Lompoc that’s in central Cali. How did the rent a vehicle situation go? What did you do with the vehicle once you arrived and then going back for home time.
@@HOODCHRYMER nice! We just moved near Manteca. You'll drop off the rental at the airport in SLC and take the shuttle to the hotel. When do you start? Also have to rent a separate car going back home if you're tnt trainer doesn't pick you up right away.
Thanks for sharing your trip to Salt Lake City. 👍👍👍
Exciting times....

Company drivers are 58 mph using the accelerator and 62 mph using cruise control. Lease trucks max out at 65 mph.
