I received your dripless valve and mounted it in a 6 gallon plastic pale. I’ve bottled a few hundred pounds so far. This is a quality piece at a fair price. Game changer for bottling. Now I need one of your 9 gallon tanks when you have them back in stock.
Something you could think about adding to your 3d printing is a slide gate valve like you see on dust collection systems that would go on before the dripless valve. That would allow people to close off the honey in the tanks and be able to pull the valve and clean it without having to empty the entire tank.
Just got it today, looks awesome and heavy duty. One question, is it dishwasher safe? Didn't hear you mention safe way to clean it. Thanks again for another excellent product
I have looked for a dripless valve to put on a 5 gallon bucket for YEARS. The all metal ones from the other places are too heavy and will tip a bucket. Can you do a video of the bucket version (with the bucket getting close to empty)?
I like it! I'd like to be able to buy just the treaded adapters separately as well, so I can equip all of my storage tanks to accept the valve.

Love the innovation you, your dad and your company keep coming up with! Thanks for sharing and for your continued innovations.
HillCo once again showing how to lead the pack. God's peace John.
Thanks Jeff!
I received my 5 gallon bottling tank with the dripless value. Very nice equipment thank you!!!
I ordered one yesterday. I definitely looking forward to using it.
Needless to say I already have my new dripless gate installed on my 9 gallon HillCo tank! 😊
John, I think you and your team did a great job designing this valve. I’m defiantly going to purchase one, hopefully on the new size heated tank.
Keep the great products coming! Wanted your uncapping tank but you were out of stock at the time. Maybe it’ll be a bottling tank I buy from you!

Any how to instructions for regular cleaning of the new valve? Just run hot water through it or is disassembly required?

Will these be available at the NAHBE?
Nice!

What happened with this valve? I viewed it one day and went back to buy one and it’s been removed from your website.
Skicka gärna ett exemplar jag får använda efter Midsommar här hemma i Sweden? Kanske flera blir intresserade av att köpa här uppe i Norden ;)
What % infill are you using? Just curious with infill vs durability…
100% infill on all the potential wear parts
Just ordered some global patty with rocket fuel . Mike Barry sent me
