- Hey people!
Once again working on some UE5 photorealistic scenes. These time Peter McKinnon inspired, I try to make some knife and axe renders. From small feedback I got from photography community, seems like it turn out pretty good. I think Unreal Engine 5 is not only for game developers and cinematographers, but also photographers can take full advantage of real time rendering. Peace!

Hello! I'm trying to replicate the render, but i have a question: how do you place the knife in the scene with all the materials already in place? I downloaded the turbosquid FBX file and textures, but i just don't know how did you do that. Thanks!
Btw it looks super good! ;)
You need to make your own material and add textures to it
Ha nice intro!
Thanks Duncan!
How to get the rect light? I cant seem to find it in the engine
Using UE5 or UE4?
i cannot find one camera and reaction light, is it project specific? I am always so motivated to start UE to learn but always hitting a wall and loose motivation...
It's default thing. Should be there
it s not reaction light, it is "Rect light" like "rectangle light" ;-)
