Wait this is a paradox.............
If he go to the past and hurt his past self driving 66 miles per hour doesn't that mean he can't drive in the past? So how does he even harm his past (or kill) with an injury that prevent him from driving in the first place?
Also almost all time travel creates paradoxes unless you do literally nothing.

No It wouldn't be a paradox because he didn't time travel yet so that means he wouldn't of been hit in the beginning because his past self got hit before his future self got hit .and if he did get hit he would have killed himself and he wouldn't exist anymore
