    Thank you for these videos! People need to realise there's outstanding quality outside the two big brands. The value for money you get from Team Corally vs the TRX is mind blowing. I really wish more people started buying their products and seeing for themselves, it would force the other brands to up their game and better value.

      Yeah man I agree 100%.....im not so sure the big two see Corally as a threat to their dominance right now but they should. Lb for lb the Kagama kills the Kraton RTR.... Really not fair to compare it to the EXB though my boy Aldo hasn't broken a think on his Kagama and he's a wild Sender.
      The spring steel Cups, extra bracing, and many of the things I mentioned are significant changes.... BUT the biggest thing I think is the handling... Corally just run right, Arrma not bad at all, but run a Corally and you see the difference. All my RC have there place, especially my M2Cified Arrma's.... But to be fair Corally don't need much upgrades.... But neither does the Kraton EXB.... It's a good time for RC😎👍, appreciate your time🙌
      Hope your enjoying the channel, see ya round brother

      @@3SonsRC I love my Arrmas but with how there treating us here in UK with pricing, spares availablity and lack of sales (unlike USA) I'm done buying any more models from them, my sketer has took so much abuse and apart from minor break and shocks needing servicing it's been really solid, once weather picks up I'll probably grab a kagama to try

      It's a great rig, needs more pinion and esc punch for explosiveness off Ramos but for overall handling it's perfect out the box!
      I have my first bashing session video dropping either today or tomorrow.

    I really like Team Corally, they use some of the best electronics available in RTR rigs and can get these TC models sub $400 nost of the time. One thing that was mentioned in this video is the olastic turnbuckles that TC are using, I wish they woukd just stick with traditional adjustable turnbuckles. My Jambo had the plastic turnbuckles and there it caused a kot of slop on the steering that couldn't be adjusted out.

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  15 днів тому

      What's up brother, glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for the comment.
      Problem is stock adjustable Turnbuckles from TC were NOT durable for bashing.... So unless they redesigned I'd rather have the durability and risk of slop than adjustability.... But that's
      I was replacing them almost every bash because of bad landings or just going too big. But I get what your saying as well.

  • @boduke9428
    @boduke9428 3 місяці тому +1

    I was just about jump on the TC bandwagon next rig when the MaxxSlash leaked. If it's somewhat reasonably priced i might get it. Definitely gonna get a Kagama and/or Asuga XL eventually.

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  3 місяці тому +2

      Maxx Slash seems to be ok, kinda what's expected now that Traxxas is rolling the Xmaxx/Maxx design language over all their rigs... Makes sense really... Not sure it's gonna make much a difference in what the RC is, a good Rally truck.....nkthing wrong with that.
      Yeah man if you get around to it, you need a TC in your life for sure. I'd start with the Kagama if I were you, these TC handle like no other and there really making some smart/tough innovations.

    Well done Sir. I have been digging on TC since the 21 XTR came out, they have only gotten better since. The spring steel outdrives are the best rtr cups on the market, reminiscent of the Hudy steel parts from Xray. TC really has it going on, TRX better take notice, Arrma already has I feel. As to the suspension plates tied to the chassis, makes so much more sense to utilize as many anchor points as possible IMO. Thunder Tiger/Associated has done this in the past, MT4G3 had the plates screwed through the chassis, though theirs were plastic. Great informative video brother! Thanks!👍🍻

      Yeah man Corally is doing some awesome work and we only benefit from having a third option out there. Sure Losi, Tekno, and HoBao are out there but looks to me like Corally is taking that #3 spot. More need to give them a try for sure!

    No bull I got 42 packs through my kagama before a major break and wasnt even that major. All I did was put extended hubs, belted tires, max6 system, 50kg sinecam servo, 1mil center_100kfront-60k rear for diffs. Did break the wing 3rd pack but not mount. Spark, asuga, kagama all use same spoiler and mount. 100% recomend kagama

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  3 місяці тому +1

      I would love for this to be the case but I think they are staying 1/8th scale for the foreseeable future.... Would love to have another 1/5th scale option out there but the cost to be successful in that space is high and MAMY more 1/8th scale rigs are sold every year.
      But I HOPE Corally does eventually 👍

    Awesome breakdown of the Asuga Dennis. Looks stoutly built. Definitely one of the most exciting trucks of 2023. Gotta hand it to TC they cover so much awesome stuff on my bashing list that I can only wish for from other companies. I am super busy these days, I haven't even touched my Asuga. I just got the Max6 G2 combo from M2C. I'm definitely itching to tinker with mine.

  • @AnttiRC

    Nice overview! Wouldn't a flexible wing mount be the most durable solution? I'm using 3D-RC wing mount on my Kraton and it really can take a lot of beating. I try to avoid those hard non-flexible wing mounts.

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  3 місяці тому +2

      Agreed, a more rubber based 3DRC type would likely give more, not sure if one is available for the Corally rigs, but no manufacturer is using a VERY flexable material there with RTR so we need aftermarket for that. Even Arrma is making more and more stiffer wing mount.... But I do like some of the flexable options, but I land perfect every time so I don't need it, 😒😊😉😂🤣 JK

    8 screws? I hate taking out 4 over and over doing repairs 😂. Nope

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  3 місяці тому +1

      I get that 100%, 8 Screws😱.....
      But Why are you taking out 4 Screws over and over to do repairs? Most repairs don't need you to take the front or rear off the truck. Yes on the rare occasion or installing some big upgrade.
      But with the 8 Screws the point is, you shouldn't have to repair or replace the bulkhead because the locked in Hinge pin Blocks makes the attachment to the chassis not dependant on 4 Screws into a plastic bulkhead😱, less stripped Bulkheads and less need to replace Bulkheads as you know are THE WORST to replace.
      Diff still comes out the front without messing with these 8 screws so actually this will save time and effort.
      Maybe you need a electric screw driver.... I use mine almost 80%.
      But good point brother... I'm glad I could speak to it. See ya round brother

  • @yonicozac
    @yonicozac 3 місяці тому +1

    On Arrma the B block have separate screws just for it. and on the D block the rear screws goes through it and lock it from moving. C block is keyed into the chassis, which is stronger than Corally design IMO. Also on the Corally solution you need to remove 8 screws to remove the D or A block (IE to change a pin), vs. 4 on the Arrma design.

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  3 місяці тому +1

      Appreciate the feedback. I forgot about the B block to be fair, but it's not a very thick block and no m4 screws x4 like the Corally, but your right I missed the B Block for Arrma.
      I definitely don't agree that a keyed chassis is better designed than 4 Screws going into 8mm blocks in the rear. Don't think Arrma's is close to what Corally is doing here but good point on the B block my friend. I forgot because all my Arrma rigs are M2C Hinge pin kit that don't use the holes unfortunately.
      Really appreciate the time to feedback and comment RC bro, hope to see you round

    • @yonicozac
      @yonicozac 3 місяці тому +1

      @@3SonsRC First thanks for your response! it's really nice and i subscribe and like your videos. Yes the B block on Arrma is only held by 3m screws but it's really keyed into the chassis, both side-to-side and rearwards - which are the forces that the arm applied when you crash into a pole :) personally i neved had issues with the suspension blocks on Arrma's, but i do appriciate that the screws that hold the blocks on Corally reduce the stress from the screws that hold the bulkhead, i hate when those strip out when i over tighten them

    • @3SonsRC
      @3SonsRC  3 місяці тому +1

      @@yonicozac yeah man over tighten is an issue always with plastic... So metal is nice in places. I like that Arrma went to Aluminum Bulkheads on the EXB, and Corally on their Hinge Pin Blocks.
      Yesssss replacing plastic Bulkheads is The Worst!
      Appreciate the kind support

    You know I followed duperbash before m2 racing was making parts for Arrmas . I’ve always pushed anything motorized , except with RCs it took being practical far as time and money . Another words kits even Losi Rtr were capable of sending but not worth it . Than slash came out naturally you could but just hunk plastics bashing around not same as what we do . Anyway I was looking to buy new Losi LST figured let me check out this UA-cam the kids watch . Seen Rich sending the Arrmas and was like WTF 😂😂 because still had the catalogs and Arrmas looked like cheap crap brand making sense only 499 compared to the Losi 750 . I really wasn’t knowledgeable on 6s except for the revo , besides slash I had nitro /gas rcs . So I’ve been all in hooked on the RCS because it’s motorcross RC building all rolled into one and technology made it affordable. TEAM CORALLEY. Is great because what there doing is exactly what arrma did for me or all of us . To no fault of there own they’re cooperate now which I won’t yap about 😂 . Their goal is to build the best RC for performance while handling the mishaps . A rc that’s made or capable of that next LEVEL “ driving . Right out of the box . I don’t own one but I use there motors esc wings so far 😂 bar none the best RTR Motor ever . 2200 kv with 6.5 mm bullets , tells me these guys know what they’re doing .
