I'm glad Dan made the point that no hair texture is bad/unprofessional! Ao many people internalize that their hair is "bad" or messy because it is not straight and fine. His hair is beautiful and it's nice to see him embracing it.

Oh my gosh-his hair is so beautiful-handsome young man with a wonderful head of curly hair! I hope he knows how handsome he looks. (Older mom/grandmother with curly hair and grandson with curly hair-not being creepy!). And yes to giving his Mom flowers and thanking her for her great hair genes!

Me too - Curly head Nana with 2 sons. One very wavy, One with full curls. Wavy has a 2 year old son - full head of blond curls - he looks like a cherub. This lad has ridiculously nice hair. So thick. He could DEFINITELY get a side hustle as a model. Gorgeous bone structure, too. Dan is such a Master Barber / Stylist, and such a great guy - so much respect for his clients.
Rishi is gorgeous with his new cut! Wow! What a difference! His beautiful brown eyes, perfect eyebrows, and his whole face is more prominent with shorter hair that frames his face. Perfect cut on a handsome young man.

I think the biggest surprise is that after the haircut, the proportions of his head became smaller and his body became more balanced!

His new haircut makes him look much better and yes, balanced. I hope he can manage it on his own. Looks great! The grown-out version before the cut was totally out of control. He will be much more confident now I think.
Anything would have been an improvement. This hc was just ok, nothing special. No blow drying, heat or diffuser. Dry naturally.

My son always wore his hair short (not super short) as a young child. It was super straight. At 14, he decided to let it grow. Surprise! He has a head full of curls we knew nothing about. Girls were constantly telling him how much they loved his hair and would give anything to have his curls. He is also one of those boys with long, beautiful eye lashes. He’s a real heartbreaker. 🥰

I have the same hair type as him, its a struggle because curly hair is great when you've just washed or styled it, but after a few hours it just poofs outwards like a science experiment gone wrong, anyone has any solutions?
Watch some channels specifically for curly hair. And yes, most of them are mostly women. That doesn't matter-you're looking for how to learn to handle curly hair. It's all in the products you put on it and what NOT to do-like do not brush or comb curly hair after it is dry. Type in "curly hair techniques" or "curly hair, how to take care". Watch them to learn what to do when you wash it. Life changing man.

I thought the cut was good for what it was, but now he looks just like everyone else. His longer hair was gorgeous. It just needed to be balanced, with a bit of product added for control. I liked it better wild.
