I recently been on a hunt for an older Lionbot and almost made a purchase but thanks to your highly informed video it wasn't from the 80's. That white wing clip tip is stella

Hello, Thanks for the information. I finally was able to get a Voltron but have not been able to find the exact match to date. Its a star belt and has the following differences - All plastic, gold face (Voltron), white joints, white feet (each foot is white), red gun pods, a ying yang swirl rainbow sticker on wings (from black lion). I have not found anything like it and was hoping you had seen this variant. Cheers and thanks for the info

It’s most likely a KO version from Korea, without seeing it. Many of the KO toys with wild colors tend to come from Korea. Some from Taiwan or Thailand, but usually from Korea. It’s just their style I guess.

The Matchbox and Trendmasters boxes say Voltron on them. Though the Lionbots come from the same factory, they weren’t officially licensed World Event Production (WEP) or Bandai toys. So they carried the name Lionbot vs Voltron. But still pretty much the same toy 👍🏻😊.

The one that I had when I was a kid had Yellow Star belt. I see many on ebay from Taiwan, are they legitimate original Lionbot? Or replica?

Could you do a nice video about GoDaiKin adjacent/similar style collections? Also, I want to order a sticker - please continue explaining how.
