It depends on your own personal conditions to be honest. Personally I don't stick to any particular schedule. I just wait until the enclosure drops down to about the minimum amount for that species and then bump it back up again. It means doing a lot more spraying at one time but I prefer to let them have drops and spikes in humidity. The only time I aim to keep it at a constant high is when they are in Shed.

i do this and the humidity still drops down to like 30-40 very quick. looks like i use the same substrate as you tbh. are you using a heat lamp/mesh lid etc?

I'm using soil these days but in this video I am using a mix of coco fibre and coco husk. You do have to spray quite a lot. Sometimes if it's really dry I will just pour some water in and mix it up.
I use a deep heat projectors (lamps). I have wooden enclosures. If you're using a mesh lid then that could be part of your problem. You could try covering up half the lid

A heat lamp will dry it out. Try using heating pads instead.

I prefer not to use or to recommend heat mats for a number of reasons, unless it's being used for a youngster in an enclosure that's unable to accommodate a lamp. Mats will eventually dry out the substrate above them, they won't dry out the rest of the enclosure but that's simply because they don't heat the rest of the enclosure and a moist unheated enclosure is going to be cold
