Ray is a real one for talking about men’s mental health. It’s awesome that you can get these great guests on the pod.

Wow, Ray was insightful, thoughtful, and bringing light to serious social issues. I don’t know how you keep pulling off guests of this caliber, but I will be listening to this podcast over again as there was so much to digest. Thank you for your time Ray!

Great interview Brian! you do such a great job of steering the interview but allowing space for the guest to express their opinion while still offering your view. I rarely see that done so well👏.

Wrote that at the beginning of the video. Now that I've watched the entire thing...
      1. That was possibly my favorite episode you've done. Definitely my favorite interview you've done.
      2. Ray explains the O line about as clearly as anyone I've ever heard.
      3. Hearing a guy as smart, talented and charismatic as he is has struggled with mental health, overcome it, and now wants to help others fighting the same fight is just inspirational. Couldn't be more impressed.
      4. Screw the "stay in your lane" people. If one of them leaves because you're talking about interesting things tangential to the Hawks or Seattle sports, you'll pick up three more people who want to hear that. Just keep being enthusiastic and intelligent about stuff you care about, and listening earnestly to people who disagree.

Absolutely love Ray Roberts. Totally remember those Seahawk teams he was part of. That defense was ferocious but that offense was putrid and hard to watch. Chris Warren was the only blue/red chip player on that offense. Loved how graceful he ran with the ball. He was also a power back that could either outrun you or run you over. Tom Flores wasn't a great coach or GM and Ken Behring was a crap owner. Thanks Paul Allen for buying the team and making me proud to be a Seahawks fan again.
