    As an old geezer, Christian firmly raised in a trinitarian belief understanding of the nature of
    GOD, I must say, my dear new brother Tom, that you have rattled my cage today! I am looking forward to the next lessons with the seven churches to see how my belief system is tested. You are right, I was raised in a system. We shall see!

      OnlyOneWay, I couldn’t agree more. Yeshua said that our Father would once more shake everything in heaven and earth so that only what is unshakable will remain…and that works a lot better when you are looking for the things that you need to let go of and embracing God’s word, eh!
      Going deeper into TaNaKh, the only Bible that Jesus had, taught, “authorized“ which became flesh and dwelt among us has been life changing for me as Psalm19:7 promises.
      Two points have been poignant: the translations that are 1000 years older than the Masoretic Text prove a few willful errors that try to make it easier for Jews to reject the Truth, as LXX, DSS and the Samaritan Pentateuch all agree: Genesis1-:12-24 removal of 650 years from the ages of seven Patriarchs, The Sign of a Virgin with child in Isaiah7:14 (a young woman is no sign at all) and the replacement of the Heavenly Sons of God with “sons of Israel” in Dt32:8 and elsewhere…all end up helping the cause of Truth when these things are debunked!
      Finally, the first Horseman of the Apocalypse is already here, yet many don’t see it because the translation of the word “toxon” is not consistent with the Greek translation Genesis 9:13: he has a Rainbow…and the crown is actually a victor’s garland (“stephanos” as seen on the seal of the 2023 U.N. SGD Summit!).
      It begins…

    Elsewhere I have heard (but am not an authority to confirm) that "The Lord's Day" means Shabbat. And also the Hebrew interpretation of "I am the beginning (aleph) and the end (tav)," because the Hebrew את shows up right at the beginning, in Bresh'it (Genesis) 1:1. Great video, great teaching.

      The Lord's day would never equate to Sunday in my mind. Because he is the Lord of the Sabbath. Even if He resurrected on the first day, which I believe He did, that is the Feast of firstfruits. It would never refer to Sunday. That whole the Lord's Day equal Sunday is utter confusion.

    There is so much evidence to support that John was in the Spirit on the Lords day, the seventh day Sabbath. Hebrews 4. John was a seventh day Sabbath keeper. Blessings.

    When you say “The Lord’s Day, Sunday”. Is that different from The Sabbath which is Saturday. I was confused by that.

    It says, every eye will see Him, just like every knee will bow and know He's the Lord of Lord's, King of kings, I don't understand why your saying not everyone will. It says "All" and "every" ...... where are you scripturally getting that from ..... ? Thanks.

      I agree! Again, this sets up ANYONE coming in and saying "I am the messiah returned- just not everyone saw me, because Scripture does not mean ALL when it says ALL"

    Another note: If Christians recieve the Holy Spirit- and the Holy Spirit helps us to understand Scripture, why is it that so many Christians GLOBALLY, have accepted Jesus Christ as the Word made flesh, God made flesh? Why is it that you alone can find this revelation, and no one else was given such? I know I sound like one of the questioners/mockers of the OT prophets saying "When did God's Spirit leave me and go to you"- but let God show who is right in this thought. Please brother, these are SERIOUS topics you are saying with putting Jesus's divinity on the line. Islam believes that Jesus is a prophet, not God, and that one day Jesus will return. I believe these kinds of teachings will allow false religions to join and will usher in the antichrist to decieve many.
    For those listening: Read the Bible Yourself. If you only know English, read something comfortable to you [KJV, NKJV, ESV, NIV]- IF God is truly the God of all, who loves every individual, He will meet us where we are at. It says that those who seek God with all their heart will find Him. Do not take the words of humans (including me) over reading praying first, then reading the Bible yourself.

    Thank you for sharing your thoughtful insights. I am agog with it all! QUESTION: You said "the Greek indeed can be translated to mean the Lord's Day Sunday and it can equally well be translated to say the day of the Lord." I thought that the Lord's day is the Sabbath which is still celebrated by the Hebrews on the 7th day, Saturday. I thought that Sunday came about from Constantine!

    There is nothing in scripture to suggest that “Sunday” is the lords day.. Yeshua said he was lord over the sabbath.. all throughout history God set aside the sabbath for man to worship him..

    • @titanictom74
      @titanictom74 Рік тому

      Nowhere in the Bible is a day of WORSHIP declared or commanded. The Sabbath is kept holy simply through resting. A believer can rest on the Sabbath and worship on Sunday and still keep the commands of our Lord.

    Hi Mr. Bradford, I love your teaching. But, I have this question for you:What is the evidence for you to say believer’s priesthood is METAPHORICAL? There is no any verse in the New Testament indicating that. Also, in the New Testament, where is the verse to indicate that Levi’s priesthood is removed? I am looking forward to reading your response 🙂.

    Could he not be referencing the double-edged sword of Hebrews 4:12?

    • @mombythesea2426
      @mombythesea2426 2 роки тому

      Technically the verse says that the Word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword. It doesn't say it is a two-edged sword. But I think the implication is that in both, it's talking about the Bible.

    • @tammyorton6356
      @tammyorton6356 Рік тому

      Yes, I'm with the belief it is referring to Hebrews 4:12, stating "GOD'S WORD" is quick, powerful, and SHARPER than Any two-edged sword.
      Also, if you read
      Revelation 19:13, you will see the one being called:
      "The Word of God"
      And
      Revelation 19:15
      Out of his MOUTH goes a
      "SHARP SWORD".....
      When reading the bible we learn:
      What good tree gives evil fruit?
      Or what evil tree produces good fruit?
      Make the whole tree good
      OR make the whole tree evil.
      Here we are speaking of
      "God's Word", coming from our mouth.
      And we should make that WORD, Good OR Evil.
      In Revelation 1, his sword coming from his mouth is double edged.
      Meaning HE speaks both ways.
      However, in James 1:19 states-
      Wherefore my beloved brethren let every man be
      swift to hear, Slow to speak,
      slow to wrath.
      Because…..
      In Isaiah 14:29
      Rejoice not whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote the is broken,
      For out of the
      1. serpents
      2. root (Lucifer)
      3. comes a cockatrice, and HIS FRUIT is a fiery flying serpent.
      Not that he is a serpent, but "HIS FRUIT" will sound like a fiery, flying serpent.
      Fruit= words of mouth.
      Jesus said.....
      Be as Wise as a serpent and Harmless as a dove.
      ---------
      Rev 1, may very well be the Father.
      But he "hears" the Word of GOD coming from Rev 19:13's mouth.
      (Father and Son?)
      And that could be why James 1:19 stated "quick to hear" and "slow to wrath".

      It’s like the king James gang translated “the Sabbath” into English as “first day of the week” because they didn’t want too Judaize their Christianity.
      Please take a look in the Lexicon in anyone of the Gospels. Shalom my friend.

      @@garlandjones7709 So all that tells us is when the women showed up. It doesn't tell us when He actually rose. All we know from that statement is that it happened sometime before the women showed up. If the Bible said that the women showed up and witnessed Him rising up then we could with accuracy say that is when Jesus arose. But as it is we only know it was sometime before the women showed up. To have a better idea of when He arose you actually have to figure out when He was put into the tomb. Hope this helps.

    To act as if Jesus and the Father are not one disputes the verses that literally say The Father and I [Jesus] are One. Or when the disciples asked to see the Father and Jesus said Have you not been with me...? I was following this, but now I believe this is a very deceptive (possibly by accident) teaching. This sets up a false God, and ANOTHER messiah coming in. This is dangerous brothers and sisters.

    I have a problem with your interpretation of EZ 44 this CANNOT be the millennial temple. Yeshua died for all ending the Jewish sacrifices. So EZ 44 has already been fulfilled with the rebuilding of the temple during the reign of King Cyrus. Or it pertains to a future temple before Yeshua's return where the Jewish people See how long FB leaves this up temple rituals prior to his return.

      Something I can share with you is:
      Is not Jewish sacrifices.. it’s God’s sacrifice, Yeshuah’s sacrifice was for the sin of rebellion. Yahweh divorced Israel (12 tribes one of them Jewish) and there was not a sacrifice for the sin of rebellion and to be part of Israel again once you been casted away.
      That’s what Yeshuah did. That’s why when he rose told the disciples you will be my witness in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria.. tell them they can come and be a kingdom again. Yeshuah said I came only for the lost sheep of Israel. That was one of His missions.
      But Paul did a Nazarene covenant after Yeshuah’s dead and he went and present to the priest at the a temple he did the sacrifice once he finish the covenant.
      There is not a lot of information because the people back then understood the Torah. We have to learn the Temple and the sacrifices to understand Yeshuah’s sacrifice.
