I’m about to retire and I’m moving to Texas. I really like this house. You guys are doing a great job. JoJo is the star.
I’m a huge fan of grand stair cases, so two-story homes are my jam. Surprisingly though, the one-story first house was my fav. 👍💪 And you guys gave great tours of all three homes. Your professional chemistry is on point! 🙏
#3...i actually was going to purchase this home but with the half story in this community, but the lot premiums were more than what I wanted to pay. However I will say that the sales managers in this neighborhood are awesome and this community along with the ppl who have recently closed with this builder are very nice . Fortunately I worked with Jackson's team and am currently building a home by Drees in another community. Ty Jojo and Jackson for bringing the house hunting to us, and saving us gas!

@@wynettehouston4916 Yeah, I hear you on the lot premiums. I saw some of those lot premiums on some of these homes and thought builders had lost their minds. They were acting like the lots were on "prime real estate" or something. It's like that in a lot of these communities around Houston. I saw on the map for this community something about a "drill site" where I guess there was or is oil drilling going on, so I need to ask questions about that, too, I guess. Good luck up in GCP!

Love this 60 ft lot and more importantly it's a single story. I need a single story home because of the injuries i have sustained . I live in a two story home located in Humble and have invested so much money in my home not knowing all the work involved to keep it at bay. I am 68 years old and just dont need all the stress , I would love to just relax and have peace of mind.

I love home number three(3) but I want I guess an overflow bar seated area it's not thick enough for me. I also want to know can I customize and have a real life wood burning fireplace and I don't want the beams in the ceiling. I need to have a dog wash in laundry room. I need five bedrooms and a three-car garage. I don't want it so big because of my disability. This is a beautiful home I hope it's affordably-priced

House number 1 was my fave . I liked the outside of house 2 but inside was kinda ..ho hum. House 3 had a nice kitchen and living area . Black trim paint is not my fave

I had the same thought. I've seen some neighborhoods that end up dying the water or treating it with charcoal to help with the ascetics.
