I had a very bad wrist injury 8 months ago but until now my 4 fingers stlill bow and i cannot straight them ,what can i do to get them back to normal tnx.
It used to take me a lot of effort to understand this topic, anatomy was never my strong point but it is much needed for everything else. Thank you sir for taking the time to dwell in this complex part. 🙏
