You say it is a 12 month holiday home with site fees and council tax. Are there any restrictions of living there year after year, permanently? does this lodge have to be your second home, or can it be your permanent address?

My understanding is yes as well as site fees which can vary obviously dependent upon location. Thats a nice one i like thst myself
