Actually he always wait for paul to speak , I've watched alot of interviews and ian wait , but what can he do when Paul is not really that active, he can't wait for him forever , plus if we are talking about interruptions then stefan wins the guy always interrupting and mocking every word ian say , but the difference is ian doesn't care he keeps going because the guy has confidence
