The FT Ghost is truly such an amazing stick. If you use it for awhile then pick up your other top of the line sticks and use them you immediately want to go back. The puck feel alone is phenomenal, and the way the shots come off in my opinion is very similar to the Trigger 7 Pro that I have but they’re way harder. The goalie I paid against last night told me my shots were hard af to hold onto in the glove because they were so hard he could feel them through the padding and they would almost bounce out. I honestly wish I had the money to buy 20 to 30 of them to use for the next couple years not even joking.
Thanks for the excellent video! But still - how about comparison CCM Trigger 8 Pro (or/and CCM FT Ghost) vs Tommy's among all brands CHAMPION - Sherwood Element One (or the replacing one - Sherwood Rekker Legend Pro)? Is it going to be a new champion or Sherwood Element One (or the replacing one - Sherwood Rekker Legend Pro) is still Tommy's top choice?
DMT ghost is truly an amazing stick. My favorite sticks and order were the LX pro trigger seven pro and then the QRU 20 pro or QR 20 pro from warrior but no is the LX profiled by . the FG ghost. Then the trigger seven pro.
the best way to describe why its better and feels better is evolution as tech goes on things can only get better so every generation is going to improve its the hockey way
What frustrates me about this channel is you guys give us what we all want, which is on-ice reviews rather than sitting in a room talking endlessly about the specs; however, it’s almost always Tommy just talking about what HE likes and how it suited HIS game. “I just don’t like it” “it’s not for me”. On top of that, you guys vs sticks that, at times, have completely different kick points and are aimed at different players and strengths, but you guys hardly touch on any of that. We all know that Tommy is a low kick point fanatic. It’s his bread and butter, which is understandable. But a comprehensive review wouldn’t just be to talk about how it fits into Tommy’s game. This isn’t reality TV where we’re trying to learn about Tommy. We’re here to learn about the sticks. Focus the review on what the sticks are supposed to excel at and whether or not they do so. Tommy’s opinion on whether he likes the latest and greatest low kick point CCM stick over the latest hybrid kick point CCM stick does us absolutely no good. Any of us that follow this channel can call that a mile away. I truly believe that if you guys had more comprehensive, unbiased reviews and focused less on what fits Tommy’s personal game and more on the strengths of the sticks and who it might suit, your subscribers wouldn’t have stalled in the mid 100k’s. Just my opinion clearly.
Not true. Most are buying elite level sticks despite my saying there is no need. We’ve tried to do lower end sticks but no one watches those videos 🤷🏾♂️ what do we do?
It’s because they fall for the idea that the top of the line stuff will make you better and all of you UA-cam guys feed into that as well. At least you guys recommend to use the next tiers down unlike the jealous beerleaguebum guy, he is the ultimate beer league hardo and thinks he’s a stick justice warrior
Your videos are cool but the average beer league player is not going to pay $430 for a ccm ghost i saw it on the pro hockey life website in Whitby Ontario or at just hockey Source for sports in Toronto
Some beer league players won't buy that because it cost so much. there videos are cool testing new sticks . I Play all year round hockey and buy the $150 to 200 dollars sticks they last longer and more durable. The high end sticks don't last long

my little brother does the same with his hyperlite 2 the goalie had to go off and put a icepack on his hand because it just hurt to much
yes but it breaks a lot by the toe I've had multiple teammates break they're ft ghost sticks on that toe but if you like it that's fine.
You should do proto-R vs ft ghost
Curious to confirm if the blade type is the same for all stick comparisons? P28 curve mentioned at 10:38. Thank you.
Yes all of the blade type is the same at a 28p
we need a review on the new Sherwood Rekker Legend Pro.
Have you guys done reviews for best sticks for D'men?

I just got the Trigger 8 pro last weekend and I’m in love. Went from an older FT. The Trigger pro is a great stick.
What curve you using? P28?
Yes- that's the curve they use.
Is the grip quite same on ft6 pro and the ft ghost??

100% agree that’s why I like beer league bum hockey reviews so much
@@EliteGearReviewshe does a better job at giving a comprehensive review and hardly ever sounds bias.
You should do ccm fr ghost vs Bauer Proto R
You guys should do a blade tech stick comparison to some other top of the line sticks
Already on the way! Great suggestion tho
Great! Thanks!
Love the videos by the way
can you maybe compare the bauer sync verse the ccm trigger 8 pro
Can you do a comparison between the rekker legend pro and the 9x3 and the trigger 8
Sig has one of the AS-VI sticks in stock already
You need to test more entry to mid tier sticks seems as though this is what 90% of your viewers will buy

aren’t the ghost and ft6 both hybrid kickpoints? i kinda don’t see the point of 2 hybrid kickpoint sticks
it’s the same kick point but they’re both constructed completely differently
Thank you so much for making this video!
Most welcome !
woah chill out there but that was a long time ago 6:15
Would love to see you compare the Warrior Novium pro vs the new Super Novium
Great vids guys
If we can get one in our spec, we’ll make it happen
Thanks for the kind words!
The ghost and the trigger 8 are very similar but very good
Do the Rekker legend pro vs the code tmp PLEASE!!!
I always go “damn I gotta check these sticks out, then I see the price lmao in good with my $120 warrior covert lol
Should do blind stick test ft ghost vs ft6 pro
Your videos are cool but the average beer league player is not going to pay $430 for a ccm ghost i saw it on the pro hockey life website in Whitby Ontario or at just hockey Source for sports in Toronto
why does that matter
Some beer league players won't buy that because it cost so much. there videos are cool testing new sticks . I Play all year round hockey and buy the $150 to 200 dollars sticks they last longer and more durable. The high end sticks don't last long
Those sticks are made for NHL level guys and players who play high level hockey and the team will buy you the high end sticks that they use
These stick releases are way too frequent, but hey, more videos
They all come out once a year
Tha 4 the review, I just bougt a Trigger 8 pro for my 10 yo junior :]
can you do ccm ft ghost vs Bauer photo-r
As soon as we can buy one in the UK, we’ll make it !
@@HockeyTutorialOfficial thanks!
sherwood rekker legend?
do sync vs proto-r
i have the ghost and it is so nice
Why are you guys saying “the Bauer stick” and not saying it’s name if we all know what it is?
Probs cause there's no Bauer sticks in the video so why does it matter?
@@hamishrhodes5108 But why wouldn’t they just say “the Bauer Proto R”?
@@NoahF27 cause it's not important to the narrative of the video...
@@hamishrhodes5108 But the way they allude to it is sus.
Warrior super noviuk video its lighter them the agent
Plsssss do the ft6 pro vs as 6 pro
do bauer!!!
You guys don’t ever measure the durability. And One time on the ice isn’t enough to gauge a stick
One time? Where did we say that ? We’ve had these sticks for weeks now. Trigger 8 Pro and FT6 Pro for months..
Ccm is more durable than Bauer I believe
@@jmoriarty8000I agree
Honestly durability doesn’t matter on top end sticks they are about performance purely
I agree @@jmoriarty8000
