Gentleman's Folding Pocket Knives: Buck Knives 110 Hunter and 112 Ranger

These two relatively inexpensive knives are ones that Hammer calls "Gentleman's Knives." They are ones your Dad or Grandad may have carried when going in the woods, perhaps mushroom gathering. They are folding, fit in your pocket well and the larger one also fits nicely in its available leather sheath. They make a classy gift item for anyone, but especially Dads, Happy Father's Day!

I carried a 110 for awhile, when I was in the Navy before I switched over to a 1st gen Leatherman and SAK in the pocket. It's still around, somewhere in a box in the closet. It never failed me when I needed it.

Holy crap I found one of these (the bigger one) in the parking lot of my work a couple years ago. It was beat to hell but still sharp so I took it home.

Do you know where I can buy the 112 finger groove with the drop point blade? I have searched a bunch of knife store links and Buck of course but had no luck. Thanks for any info.

Occasional knife reviews here are appreciated. Buck knives are decent but I've chosen Ontario RATs for EDC. They offer more utility for the price.
