"Yuka had caught up to me." Not so surprising with her clearing all the jumps. The progression is unreal!
soloflyingmonkey Your kids amazing
Yuka is the best "What can I say Honey?" Ahahahahahah you are too slow!
shes getting too good!
You taught her well
Real well
The leaves were SO pretty. What a great day of riding.
It was pretty amazing there, reminded me a lot of Japan actually in that respect!
I’m from Vermont and the leaves are always amazing to see while hiking/biking
That 11 year old was my boy Luke! He towed me in to that also an I’m 45.
Hum
FaZe Typ1c look at his channel, 11 year old is in there
@FaZe Typ1c ??? Why else would he have videos of him then.
if that is your kid he's cool as hell
No that’s my kid!! Joking
13:13 hahahaha best part!!! What can I say honey!!! 🤣🤣🤣😂😂
Yuka riding like an absolute savage on the top of Black Magic! I can confirm those are some big jumps!
Great day !
Your videos are the best for sound. Music is perfectly balanced underlying the riding noises, and the voice over just on point. Keep up the excellent work. Merci.
0:37 how do you drive past highland mountain bike park with out stopping
Don't you worry :)
Go pro needs to be upgraded those artifacts killing the view
@Finn Carlson Yeah it looks clean as hell on 4k oled TV, but when I watch it on my phone it looks really low quality.
I used to fly around an intermediate single track with some advanced obstacle areas, bouncing, flying, occasionally crashing my expensive bike...all while my daughter rode with me on a department store, $100 full suspension, (heavier than my Men’s large) kid’s bike..after many trips to the single track trails she’s never fallen off her bike. Since then, we upgraded her bike and regardless of the trails she rides, she never crashes..it’s quite amazing.
Wow Yuka, your jump skills are really progressing well. You also seem to be developing a really good style of smooth riding.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who got hand fatigue on those trails! I was thinking something was off on my fork. Great video. Looking forward to the rest of your videos from your riding in New England!
More to come for sure! Perry hill next week (or now for patrons 😊)
Your on the wrong fork then
Your videos are so wholesome, thanks for sharing!
YESSS, this is my home mountain and I'm so excited you went there!!
Killington is pretty awesome with loads of variety! I found when we went that if you take the trails to the right side of the mountain like Scarecrow & Upper Steel Panther are a lot better than the trails on the other side of the mountain (Off the top, the light etc). Still a lot of fireroad though up there.
Oh man great vid! Yukas definitely been progressing, soon it'll be you making vids about trying to keep up if shes not pedaling!
What a brilliant video. Best thing I've watched in ages!
Wow what a place I love the flow trails. Yuka has really improved her skills!
Yuka it’s my inspiration to keep going and reach her level on biking I saw some videos of both of you and I can see she going trough a lot and I saw she is falling from the bike and she never stop I can say from that falls we are learnings de doing better I love watching your videos and Yuka videos as well have fun .!! I’m saying hi from Austin Texas 😊
Amazing colors and that last trail is a dream!
The stuff off the gondola is old school tech super fun and sketchy. Blue magic/black magic were built by Gravity Logic thats why its similar to Whistler
WOW! What a beatiful trail! The colors aré amazing!
Im inspired to bike everyday because of you keep up the good work
Blue magic is my favorite trail there. The jumps are so smooth and they are so easy to clear even though they are pretty big.
Great video and great mountain, I ski and bike here at Killington every year great mountain and great video once again.
Age is just a number man! That number being how long you're going to be in traction after you fall.
Must have just missed you. Glad you made it to my neck of the woods. Killington is trying to do Ski in the morning, bike in the afternoon. Beast of the East!
It could be the colder weather making you more sore faster! I was riding Whistler with a friend and his kid, 9 years old, the kid towed me in to Blue Velvet from the top and had me gap the first bridge
Yuka is sending those jumps !! Awesome to see her progression. Fantastic fall views in Vermont! I am just south in Rhode Island.
I skied down a bunch of Killington bike park trails in January... Can't wait to go back this summer!
Looks like Yuka has upped her game because of those coaching lessons at whistler! Awesome video again mate. I'd love to get over to the states sometime to ride, although we do have a fair amount of trails in the uk, it's nothing compared to the variety you guys have.
Yuka's noises crack me up man, reminds me of when a video game character is jumping things! 😂
Tellement beau ces spots, bravo à vous !!!
Great video! Yuka killed it on Black Magic. I hope you were able to ride some more trails off the Snowshed Lift other than Rabbit Hole as those trails there are super fun as well!
Those autumn leaves of Vermont
From the top.....the light to cable trail to the light to off the top to foxy roxy to off the top to snakebite to gambler to easy street to jumpstart hitting all features along the way.😁...from ramshead..blue magic to krusty to goat skull. Those my personnel favorite ways down the mountain 😉
Yuka was killing it out there! She has gotten REALLY good at jumping since last year!
I’m 47 and my 14 yo tows me in all the time.
I'm 38 and have a 4 yr old I bet that will be us soon
Glad to see more videos from New England!
Too bad you had to skip Maine and New Hampshire. You drove right past some amazing trails.
These trail names are awesome!
I wish I could travel to ride mtb trails because I live in alabama and there aren’t as many “good” trails that I know of to ride and these look so fun!
BRO!!! I literally did the biggest jumps ive ever hit in my life this summer because some 14 year olds who were super cool talked me into it, im 30.
Great vids! Want to ride Killington now!
I went to music camp in Killington for a couple summers, so seeing some of the scenery that I actually recognized (especially the lift at the beginning) was beyond trippy!
I would bet Antwan had a hub that is dieing. Also the straight line jump line looks like a dream. Beautiful Video!
KILLINGTON! Hell yeah! 8:46 the Eastern States Cup used that trail as their downhill racecourse so you're spot on with this comment.
Hay i am an east coast rider just starting mountain bike riding, i have been a road rider for 10+ years. Killington is within hours of my house thank you for the video i will be going in July to give it a go.
That’s because there is more rocks in the flowi sections. It’s like that here.
Colours on point 👌
Nice trails there!
Really nice to share this riding moments with your wife together
Nice! Keep riding
steel panther trail was hard and rough, just like their music
Nice rides 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is how my hands felt after my first 4 laps of mountainbiking ever. 😬😂
But it was *sooooooooo much fun!!!!* 😍😍😍😍
leaves are beautiful. the reason the trail disappeared under you is because Sideshow Bob is very devious. He appears one way and does the opposite, and then loses but with humour. Everything smart he does gets foiled.
Still killing Eric, so many fun places to ride back east. I would definitely love to hit the spot’s you and Yuka are crushing... Cheers BCPOV.
man that looks gnarly
Blue Magic at Killington is imo the best intermediate jump trail on the East Coast. Haven't tried em all but hit most of the big names!
For chattery stuff, my solution is to increase low-speed compression damping. That way your fork doesn't go deep enough into its travel on the small bumps to kick back at you so harshly with the rebound, since the deeper you go the harsher the rebound kicks you. I mean, of course, it's partially personal preference, but my setup is usually something like 50% rebound damping, 20% low-speed compression damping (from open), and open high-speed compression damping to smooth out the really violent stuff. I feel like hand-fatigue and arm pump is really where you notice what low-speed compression damping does for you. It's more or less my go-to setup on any new fork and I add/remove volume spacers if necessary.
I saw your sticker at Cady hill so I figured you'd made it down this way!
It has been a couple of years since I have been to Killington. I agree Rabbit hole is a great trail, but so is step it up. There are a lot of options. I usually go to Thunder Mountain, since it is closer to me. I have to say though, there is a lot of excitement and new trails at Thunder lately. If you have a chance, check it out. Thunder, Killington and Whistler trails were made by Gravity Logic.
Another place to visit!
Yuka killing it
Just came across your channel -- Welcome to VT!!
thanks mike!
What a time to be a grom!
I’m from Vermont and I’ve been trying to find a bike park and now I know there is one in killington!
It’s the best in the state!
Your wife is a beast ... You hit the lottery with her my man! God bless.
Sick!
Nice you went to camp fortune, the trails I ride nice. Hope you liked.
Beautiful trail with a touch of fall. Hehehe
killington is incredible mtb i get a season pass every year snowboarding!
It seems like one of the bigger mountains in the area! Is it good in the winter as well?
@@BCpov its good but Stowe Vt and Jay Peak is better for skiing. You were just south of Stowe/Mt Mansfield when you visited Waterbury
Yo Eric, welcome to New England 🙌🏽🤙🏽
What if you did a collab with phil and Haley? A couples ride🙌🏽😎
-Sam
Watching yuka take those jumps absolutely Hart warming she was getting some air
You missed all the gnar off the gondola, looks like you took the double track most of the way down.
Aye my home mountain
for the bumps on the trail if you didn't know that the mountains are called rocky mountains for all of the mountains
So sick my dude wish I was there
You should go to Saxon hill in Essex it has a herd climb but the flow trail on the way back it makes the climb all worth it
Damn, im 14 years old and i have a downhill and i am very happy:)
Great vidéo ... Kids MTB 👊👍💪😉
No break bumps. I wound if they repair the tracks before ski season. Let them all freeze and thaw so they will settled and firm for the spring
Bro that place look phenomenal 👌 💪 🔥 you should keep coming south come ride in Tennessee November 2nd I the AMBC Fall Fest in Knoxville at the Baker Creek Preserve it's a huge biking festival and it's amazing Bobo and some others will be there
Hi Eric, another great vid but it seemed the footage as very pixelated in some scenes...I'm not sure it was because you had a lot of handle bar showing and the GoPro was trying to focus on both the trail and the bars?....any hooo the colours were very nice due to the fall
Slide show is my fav character
I’ve started getting into mtb, I live in New England so this place looks cool, it looks a bit above my skill level but I could work up to it.
what can i say honey.. hilarious
If your hands hurt like that then you should have a look at your suspension setup!
You need to turn around a visit Highland Mountain Bike Park!
If you like blue signal track tail with burns to lean into then big white has amazing trails like that
Also the Burms have barely any brake bumps
ユカ、ナイスジャンプ!
The rebound is a set it and forget it adjustment.... The compression is what you adjust depending on the terrain... Look up andrextr here. Suspension setting master!
Damn do I love the stabilization in your videos. I find some stabilizers a bit slow but this one is hittin just right or maybe it's just set up this way. BTW what stabilizer are you using?
P.S. Sorry if that's a dumb question or comment in general
Heard you were at Bolton valley with Phil! Show us some love!!
Pedaled up & did a lap at Bolton this summer, so rowdy! Looking forward to going back.
unfortunately that day it was basically snowing up there! Not really any usable footage!
BCpov I was afraid of that lol
Sick
That's called the new England hank haha
I also have that one friend thats tows me in all the time
I think straight jump trails like that are very beginner-friendly. I've been looking for a trail like that where I can practice without risking my life trying to navigate the berm immediately after a jump. Just a different opinion from a different skill level.
fair point! Thing is, they're pretty big still!
Don-Michael I would say killington is the best place I've been so far to progress your jumping. Everything can be hit at trail speed, meaning you don't have to brake before, and if you let the natural speed of the trail take you off the jump, you will clear it perfectly. Highly recommend!
@@saywhaatnow The jump lines there as well as at Thunder Mountain I found to be the best for dialing in your jumping skills. The downside is they do get repetitive once you are comfortable but that is when you start working on tricks!
@@jasoncatania7884 Thanks for the recommendations guys.
They opened for skiing last weekendp
i am 14 and i got my first bike with disk brakes and the first adjustable suspension also the first suspension with more than 10-20 mm of travel otherwise its still the same second hand department store bikes
on those straight sections on the jump trails try focusing on steez to make them more interesting
