I think the video has been stabilized/ focused on neuro somehow based on how the background shakes. Which explains why the neuro bounces look more subtle. Though if it was implemented truely then it will be a very nice feature.

But Evil Neuro literally bobs and bounces less than Neuro-sama regardless of the effect on this video.

@@ozargaman6148Similar to how vocaloids work, there is a base voice model that is made to sing the song, then the artist tweaks how the voice sounds in certain parts of the song. In other words, it's all Vedal's amazing work.

The whisper is probably the most "robotic" her voice got during the song and it really added to the song's mood, honestly. If it were louder with any kind of distortion, it might be genuinely terrifying. Like a Reaper from mass effect, lol.
