ABOUT ME:
My name is Mengy and this is my motovlog channel, Moto Mengy. I plan to upload a Goldwing motovlog every Sunday. I ride a 2018 Honda Goldwing DCT Tour but I rode Harley Davidson's for 25+ years before. I'm motovlogging with a GoPro Hero 8 Black mounted to a Bell Mag 9 open face helmet, no external mic! To me riding is wind therapy.
My goal for the channel is to motovlog Pennsylvania country roads while also motovlog exploring around America. I'll also talk about biker topics and such, probably test ride a few other motorcycles, and will definitely get lost and accidentally wind up on unpaved roads along the way.

I'm with you. it's all just kind of bs so people can share a "look at me, look at meeee!" post on social media and feel good about themselves. Not inherently bad, but totally unnecessary.
That's kind of how if feels to me too.
The thing that comes to my mind on this topic is that some people need validation. Solid people like those that love motorcycles among other things don't. Maybe thats how the national fill the blank started but today maybe they come up with this stuff because its fun.
This is probably true. I know people who put less than 1000 miles on their bikes per year. 😔

No kidding? Well they started National Motorcycle Day, I guess they don't advertise it to their own customers!

I've never really cared for national day this or national day that... they are all pretty irrelevant to me... but then I'm not a fan of Christmas, or birthdays or anyother to be honest either! 😀
