The most powerful footlock you don't know

Far too often we are told not to bother doing straight foot locks in the gi incase the opponent defends and either counter attacks or uses the footlock to sweep.
However, if you know how to apply the foot lock, what to do if the opponent defends and how to capitalise on their defence then foot locks in the gi can be a highly effective attack.
