I'm not sure if the first question was addressed to Katie or not, but I think your third bias can be called a wrecker as well. Also if you really like all of them around the same, it's ok to refer to them just as biases. If you still wanna differentiate your No.1, you can call them your ult or ultimate bias. At the end of the day it doesn't matter that much and it's totally up to you to decide.
No, you can substitute by sandwiching cardboard or something else solid and sturdy. Just to make sure the card doesn't get ruined because who knows what could happen during shipping 😯
