    I’ll forever be a newbie to the smoker game, but just printed this recipe off your site and ready to rock this for Xmas. Found u from your smoked corn dip recipe and have been a follower since. Side bar, we have people ALWAYS asking for the corn dip….so thank you. Thank you for bringing families together thru food. Happy holidays.

      It was so good!!! I made it today and the flavour was delicious. It was super juicy too with a nice outside “bark” glaze! Awesome!

    My Mom would always argue with us that the ham was not already cooked so she would cook it so long that it looked and tasted like the Griswold's turkey on Christmas!

    Man I always love your technique and everything comes out to perfection. That's cuz you know what the heck you're doing! Looks so tasty and really appreciate you! Man I would love to try that Brushy Mountain whiskey. I looked it up and it's 113 proof. Sounds right up my alley, whiskey is my main game.

      Honestly more and more and its not even close...more about options it has...just the other day we used the charcoal basket..In this video we used the open flame...tomorrow i will be using the top shelf and going head to head against my Traeger Ironwood xl fo rmy first comparison

    Woeber's makes a dandy Horseradish sauce too that goes well on roast beef sandwiches among other things!
    I wish I would've thought of that (smoked ham that is)! I wonder how rum would be on it because I'm not fond of whiskey!

      I think rum
      Would have been better. It has more familiar notes than whiskey for a ham

      Man...thats a hodge pog of things collected through the years...its actually a 1/4 sheet pan with a 1/4 sheet pan cooling rack...

    Good video Guys ,! Question ,, I bought a 13.5 pound pork butt. ( first time ) how long in a upright pit boss smoker to cook it ? And what temperature ? THANK you Frank from montana.....

      Thats a big butt...I would recommend 250 and that might take up to 16 hours...bring that big...if you wanted you could easily do 275 as well...
