As far as analog feel is concerned, many patches sound very very good. Can't believe the sound is coming un-processed, straight from a soft synth. Thanks for sharing time-markers of various synth emulations. If possible, please inform patch-names also in comments section, with associated time-marker. Thanks in advance :-)
Hello and greetings. I have been researching VSTi's emulations of analog gears, such as the Mini Moog and, of course, Oberheim. I find amazing that a 10 years old software, such as the OB-X Pro, still keeps the top quality, perharps even the very first place, among others VST's. Congratulations!
I have this Vst and it's great sounding considering it's several years old now. But as others have commented the UI really needs a major overall etc. I'm sure a good many current and potential new customers would pay good money for a newer version myself included. I'm looking forward to Behringer releasing the Ubxa.
I made a few songs using OP-X Pro II for 90% of the synth sounds (sometimes 100%!) on my Examigan Soundcloud page. Dark Matter, Stellar and The Legend are 3 of them that I had fun creating. It has an epic sound that is tough to beat with any other plugin.
For sure it does sound great, and now let me put a bit of salt to here.. : as of 2021, this vst synth is still v1.2.6 for more than 3 years or even more than that? and haven't been updated since i have purchased it, and its been like that for so long! It is very wonky to use and very unstable , it is poorly cpu optimized, the UI is outdated and does not suit todays dpi scale standards for ultra wide monitors. - at least it still sounds good. -when it doesn't crash your DAW when you change a preset!. To the lazy developer: so far you can be proud for having brought to us an amazing oberheim emulation, but ..do you still live under a rock and still use 1080p monitors? you should have put an effort to overhaul the ui and do a better cpu optimization. and there are is much more this vst synth deserves to be improved to make us want to use it every day instead of other competitors! It is a shame this vst synth is being left over and is not being improved further. -vu l'etat de ce vst a ce jour, il est clair qu'il n'y a pas le feu au lac!
Part of why Arturia is more expensive is because it has good development and updates as well as UX. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Except Vital, which is an incredible exception.
Sounds really good. Same problem as Arturia .. Horrible ui when controlled with mouse/keyboard. Havn't tried it so don't know how good it is to assign midi cc's to control pots and switches

Can you show the Let's Go Crazy organ preset?
This is the first VST where ALL presets sound great. I can't find any single one in any bank that doesn't sound good!
I think it's something closer to a physical synthesizer than we can buy! 🎹🎷🎺🎻
Yes ! I have this synt software with some factory presets ( Jupiter 8 , Prophet , etc) Incredible and powerful .
honestly.. i have tried so many vst's but this has the most anaolg sound and so versatile

Can you post a link?
@@Examigan Thanks. What actually brought more attention is the sound of JV 880. No wonder, Roland are kings.
This sounds a lot better than the Arturia version I bought.
14:53 plain incredilbe - hard to believe this comes from a vst synth
Just using your ears, this synth do seam to have some real nice filter sweeps. There is no obvious hearable stuttering. Sounds very natural
There's really nothing this synth can't do
