Thats good for a concentric drive vehicle. For a regular one you normally would strap the back down not for the load like you said but to align the angle of the rear sprocket and the one from the transmission. For models that have the brake caliper on the rear axle you would also need to loosen those bolts.

what would happen if you just tighten those bolts in back till the are tight tight would that be bad for the machine??

They are not too bad of a Quad , But this one the Crank bearings started to go on her
Seems like a pretty commom problem with them and really a easy fix.

The little white decal to the right of your hitch ball says to make proper adjustment while the suspension in collapsed. To do this, I take a ratchet strap and hook one end to the frame near the brake light and the other end down near the hitch ball and ratchet down the suspension. Then I proceed like you do. The decal says 1/4" slack while suspension collapsed. Then decal says, "Torque eccentric bolts to 60 ft/lbs.

If you 2 imbeciles need a step by step and are too inbred and dumb to read the damn owners manual then you shouldn't be trying to repair shit yourselves.

The owner manual tells you to do it just like this.
