ive got a honeycomb, a new 12core pc, and some tmaster pedals. I cant make sense of any of it. I barely managed the Taxi chapter, but nothing else. i cant figure out which button does what.
Thank You for this great video and review of the alpha yoke. I have a question, I am nota real tech savvy person when it comes to computers etc, however I did use MS flight simulator back in the late 90's. My question is simply can I purchase one of the PC's from Walmart, and would it operate a flight simulator ?
Not sure if the question was in jest, but I’ll answer anyways. While this sim doesn’t really require a beast of a machine to run, it always benefits from dedicated hardware. The PCs you’ll find on sale at Walmart are low end productivity computers, generic, intended for minimal low-end tasks, and not really all that advisable to choose to run such a sim that can be a resource hog. That money would be much better put towards a PC dedicated to the task that has a somewhat decent GPU. Many PCs years old are running it beautifully, so it would not be prohibitively expensive.
I just bought a new rig a few months back, alongside a HOTAS. That was a mistake. I just ordered this tonight (luckily found one for only $25 over MSRP), as flying a Cessna with a joystick is an absolute nightmare. Trimming is impossible as is doing anything else as the range of motion is so minuscule so any input is magnified…..it’s just ass. Looking forward to a much more relaxing flight using this yoke. I say _”leave the HOTASing to the hotdoggers.”_
You could fly using substitutes for throttle and yaw, but generally having a throttle quadrant and peddles would be helpful for an immersive flight experience.
Can someone please photoshop 2 of my report card’s grade ???? It’s urgent please please I’ll offer a compensation, I’m a French student and I need some help !!! I have a super strict mom and I don’t want her to kill me, please please. I don’t want to make some extreme modification but just a little and I have no idea how to do it... please help me
you can adjust curves in the controls setting under the Sensitivity button. MSFS does a deadzone by default and you can fix it to be one-one.
This was an amazing video i enjoyed every single minute of it 👌🏻 ill subscribe

Great review! Mine arrives tomorrow, thanks for this. :)
CAn you just fly planes with just the yoke or do you have to buy all the other controls?
