honestly my biggest question as a woman too is how can you carry such a heavy backpack? :( i have the cotopaxi 28 and 35 and i honestly cannot do the 35. i really tried but it's way too heavy
I hear you. I think it really depend on what you put in your backpack honestly. For myself I really tried to get the bare minimum, things I knew I wouldn't be able to get in SEA.

No, it fits on mainly all the planes I took. The only « issue » is that airlines may check the weight of your carry on.

Yes there are compression packing cubes. I ordered mine on Shein.
