Ty for your fast reply. WOW!!!. Good info. I bought this programmer just for the 100 esc. Maybe spektrum will fix it with a update. It only good for a update so they owe it to us👍
@The X_tAzFaSt_X I looked into updating the programmer Download the smart link On Spektrums site on your computer Connect just the programming card and up at the top click device and choose the programming card then you can up date it and all the settings now match up for the 100a esc. There is a video on horizon hobby but his update was a higher number than the one I have now so I guess there is still more updates in the future.
@@rcdaveshobbies be careful with this esc, it has no LVC, keep an eye on your run times, or your batts will be taken down to 3v. The program card won't give you the option either.
@@1521joe My batteries hardly even get down to the low voltage cut off because I have the info on my remote. There is an update for the programming box we’re now all the settings match up But I will try and see if it goes beyond 3 V because one of my batteries is no longer smart LOL
@Rooster Remains yeah I know I hate having to deal with checking the lights how many times it flashed then you have to go and double check it just to make sure it is right it just takes forever. The card just makes your life so much more easier and plus it’s gotta cell checking on it so I mean it has more than one purpose
I got a warranty replacement Firma100. The BLX100 was backordered. My card only has 6.0V BEC. No option for 7.4V. Like you said their website is 6.0. The BLX is 6.0. I wonder if the cards were an error and the newer ones were corrected? Did you confirm that your BEC has two options? I don't have a program card, but using the set button there is one beep only for BEC on mine.

@Boomer ak47 yes the BEC is better on 7.4V The servo will be quicker and have more torque as long as the servo is rated to 7.4V then you get all the performance out of it. you can run it at 6.0V but The servo will be slower and not have as much torque if you can find the specs on your servo then you will see the difference in time and torque between the two power settings of 7.4V or 6V. @@rcdaveshobbies thanks for response! I think he turned it down to save the esc over time but want full power so I think I'm going to put it back at 7.4 volts and see how she runs then
@@boomerak4774 no problem anytime. Yeah you can put the setting back up to 7.4 see how it is and then always change it back if you don’t like it. As long as the manufacturer gives you a rating for the servo I can’t see how it can affect the ESC running at 7.4V they designed it to run at that voltage or lower.
