The Prosecutor did all the work for the DEFENSE Attorney. Very intelligent Attorney to leave it along the prosecutor just destroyed all their credibility, you better believe the jurors caught that very quick. The strongest evidence they have shown at this point has destroyed the States case. A lab trainee would know forsure to collect that evidence.
Why even waste taxpayer money on private labs when the State has their own multimillion dollar lab? So the Prosecutor and, Investigators can blame their intentional mistakes on the private lab.

Maybe I watch too much tv, but I think she should have removed and tested every single item out of the back of that cop vehicle whether she thought it was relevant or not. I found it odd that in the later photos there were pop bottles in the front passenger seat, when in the earlier photo all that was there was that envelope she said Floyd's phone was in.

Everything was done wrong, including DC, calling his Supervisor until After Floyd had been taken to the hospital. DC and None of the other cops told the Supervisor, that they held him down for 9 minutes until much later. It was a couple of hours before the cops were taken in for questioning.
The lead BCA guy testifed right before she did. He called to tow the squad car and Floyd's car, and followed them to the secure location for the lab tests.
That is what I have been wondering as well! The squad car was moved to the other street, behind the Mercedes, within 15 minutes of the ambulance departing, and before Chauvin’s supervisor, Sgt. Ploeger, arrived... Why would they do that? It’s highly suspicious. The BCA has the surveillance and body cam footage so I think further criminal charges will be coming for the officers.

They took plea deals I think and idk why they didn’t stop Chauvin, I just know that he was the senior officer there. Maybe that’s why. Morality should’ve come in long before it killed a man.

Last yr people pushed for a swift trial because of the riots and people demanding justice or no peace. But Chauvin pleading guilty to 3rd degree murder and a 10 yr prison sentence (probably with early release), was deemed to be too lenient.
I thought her job was collect evidence or what might be evidence. Why did they have to tell her to go back, in December, to collect blood sample, if any. And didn't collect the pill found on the ground nor the stuff found in the suv. I've watched many trials and they would consider everything as evidence. This is strange.

The defense was saying that the liquid on the ground was from condensation from the muffler and Floyd was right there next to the car. Hmm. He was murdered, his death was ruled a homicide by both the Hennepin County Medical Examiner and the independent medical examiner as well.

Lack of aid - once his heart stopped basic life support, if given properly, could have circulated enough oxygen to his vital organs and possibly started his heart back savings his life. The defense is bringing it up because that’s their job. It doesn’t take away from what DC did, but it does show drugs were a part of everything that happened that day. His “friend” was a problem that day too.

They should have marked exactly on the street where Floyd's body was so she would have known where to look for blood evidence, rain or no rain.
