Hi witkr904, Unfortunately we can not answer that. I would suggest calling and asking the trailer manufacture if you're able to drill through the aluminum frame.
Hack job installation....trailer frame needs to be repainted where holes are drilled, seperator material installed between steel frame of trailer and aluminum brackets, and stainless bolts, nuts, washers used to lessen the damage from road salt. Installation as shown will self destruct in 2 winters.
What could I expect to pay to have the same setup installed?

74lbs, truckers by himself/herself would have a time of their live to stow the ramps, otherwise, Neat, clean. light weight system.
what about attaching hangers on an aluminum frame trailer (fontaine revolution)? you can't drill the frame can you?

The entire rear on that trailer is aluminum, not steel. Wouldn't need to paint or put barrier material between.
