I have the same model. Get yourself some Dupont Teflon Snow & Ice Repellant spray. Follow the instructions and spray it on the impeller, impeller housing and inside the chute. Wait at least 10 minutes to dry before starting it up. It will increase the snow throwing performance of your machine especially on more moisture laden frozen snow. I live in Canada and this spray has increased the effectiveness of my little Toro.

I do love my toro snowblowers I got a ccr powerlite single stage and a 2 stage 28 inch love
Out of my 4 snowblowers this is my smallest but pound for pound the toughest!!!
Those are some hard miles on a single stage going through that frozen chunky mess.
Yeah that snowblower won't last long using it like that
