Spent last night at Park Vista 1/4/21 it appears these internal/service elevators are in the process of undergoing a mod as one of them is shutdown on the ground level that is only accessible by them. You could see on the ground floor the exterior floor indicator had been changed but, was not on. I am not sure if they are doing anything with the scenic elevators as they are still the same for now and all were working and in service. The car you filmed here is the one that was actually not in service. They also had a sign up on the ground floor talking about elevator renovations saying to please bear with them our elevators are undergoing a major upgrade as part of ongoing renovations
@@JimLiElevators Well the right internal/service elevator sure could use one now its very noisy and shaky the only car in service right now but, I wander if its taken its toll on it with it being the only car in operation. I know I heard once can't verify how true this is but, I heard these elevators and the scenic elevators were not originally Dover Impulse that at one point in the 90's they were modded into Dover Impulses but, I can't verify how true that may be.
@@elevatorman427 The Dover Impulse elevators are definitely not original. If you look at Julien‘s video (Floridian Elevators) from 2018, I think he’s done a much detailed video than I have.

@@elevatorman427 I think these used to be Murphy elevators until the 90’s that they are modernized with Dover Traflomatic I think III/M or IV/M. These have to be Traflomatic models because they do not run on rely logic controllers, these are definitely microprocessor just like an Otis Elevonic 401.
