    That demo about relaxing the body is excellent! Really helps ingrain the concept

      That`s the wet noodle idea, try getting swept as you take a big exhale. all of a sudden you`re heavier, but as soon as you fight the sweep and tense up then you become the little kid who wants to be picked up by and adult, hahaha pick up a 2 year old who just relaxes and they fall through your arms.
