When Smough squishes Ornstein to absorb his power, he is just consumed with rage. However, "eating" his partner can be considered, in his twisted mind, honouring him. Because Smough is definitely pissed you killed Ornstein, and since everyone in Dark Souls is actually insane or is going to turn, morals make no sense anymore. Ornstein ([orn-shtaiin]), on the other hand, does the honourable thing because he is obsessed woith being a good soldier and bodyguard. But both are insane. Your artwork is amazing, I love your creativity and how you can make characters switch styles so well. Your videos are amazing.
It should also be noted that Ornstein is definitely not dead at the start of the cutscene. You can see his fingers bend a bit before he gets destroyed by the hammer.
If you look at the Nameless King equipment after the boss fight in Dark Souls 3, it's mentioned that consuming your allies' soul after their defeat was common in the age of the gods. The Nameless King does that when you kill his storm drake. Albeit, he's nowhere near as violent or sadistic as Smough seems to be during the act.
Smough doesn’t seem to be enrage given how he laughs. Also, as it’s been said, Ornstein doesn’t seem insane in any capacity, he is loyal to a fault (which is why DS2 and the English translation of DS3 kinda piss me off, since they put that in question -_-), but not insane

Yes! And since it's news related: Enheduanna the daughter of the real King Sargon (not the fascist mofo in the UK), who became the first writer known by name. She was quite brilliant. Or any woman who got shadowed by her male peers in any field (Jocelyn Bell Burnell, Alice Catherine Evans, Rosalind Franklin, etc.) And then you have people like Maurice Hilleman who tried to hide their feats because they didn't like the attention (he developed something like 40 vaccines) or were first treated as monstrous beings by their community (Hugh Thompson Jr with the My Lai massacre, Ignaz Semmelweis who made doctors and surgeons wash their hands. Death threats for the first, beaten to death in an asylum for the second.)

Smough feels like the kind of cruel oafish bully side-villain who’s like a henchman until the third act where he turns on his villain boss for being too weak to do the evil thing.
Also the fact that sif can remember you shows that he probably isn't even trying to keep you from taking anything from the grave, but is instead specifically trying to protect you from yourself and keep you from delving into the abyss (which led to the downfall of artorias, his former master).
This was hilariously fun. I would love to see you guys do more of this, and more disney characters as dark souls bosses. I shall also eagerly anticipate when disney comes to you for Sif: The Wolf Knight!

*thee. I'm not articulate or well-learned enough to explain why though.
Oh would you please draw an ultimate battle between rock, paper and scissors?
Probably Kezz YES OR AN ULTIMATE FRIENDSHIP
@@forgottensoul1063 LIKE THE COMMERCIAL
This would be the perfect beans!
Since Disney owns marvel.....and endgame happened.. Marvel Cinematic universe characters as dark souls characters!!!
At last! Been waiting for this one!
Been watching so much Drawfee lately I actually dreamt an episode last night. Why don't you make my dreams come true and draw hyperbole phrases as literally as possible?
You did so good! Just perfect for Disney movies, and I love the artistic liberties with the designs!
Cowboy Bebop characters in the style of Dr. Seussssss
Westeray Media glorious
adventure time characters as dark souls bosses or cartoon network/nick characters
Id wanna see the Lich as the Nameless King
Ed Edd and Eddy as Dark Souls Bosses
Everyone: How many fleshy folds do you wanna add?
Julia: *Y e s*
the acting/voicing they did for Gwyn was amazing and absolutely hilarious
I beg to differ, ornstein is one of the only enemies who is not insane, he is trying to protect anor londo from the undead
Please do more Dark Souls and Pokémon...maybe even combine them... ;)
Draw warrior cats based on their names! They have weird names like Kinkfur, Runningnose, and Loudbelly
BRAMBLEPELT!
Runningnose and Loudbelly sounds like normal cat nicknames but Kinkfur? does he have like lewds as patterns on the fur or what
omg yes!!
Ragdoll
McElroys spotted
Amazing episode, I didn't think Dark Souls characters could ever be so pleasant.
Please draw Fire Emblem characters that you haven't heard of!
I've never played Dark Souls but I would happily die for Sif if he's anything like this 😻
With the incest in Greek Mythology, it wouldn't be surprising if so many gods had no chin.
Artists draw Obscure Legend of Zelda NPC's as stereotypical D&D classes!
Draw Mortal Kombat characters you'veve never heard of
Meat, just meat
PANTHERK
"Adding eyes is harder then removing eyes" - drawfee 2019
I've found that to be true in other contexts too
Yes congrats, you found the joke
THANK YOU!
I have been a Peace Corps trainee for the last 5 weeks and I have felt very separated from my past life, but I finally got some internet today and watching this as i fall asleep has really comforted me and made me happy
Three things:
1. The armor that the cup is in almost looks like Artorias's. If that is intentional, its genius.
2. "Gwyn beats the crap out of you." even though you can parry almost every attack of his.
3. Sif is even MORE of a good boy now! Great job on all the drawings!
"Jafar's got angles for dangles."
Where did that phrase even come from?? 😂😂😂
Love your vids, guys! Keep up the great work!
Please do 'Artists draw Australian words they don't know,' like Billabong, Swagman, esky, rashie, chockers/chock-a-block, stubby holder, budgie smuggler, tracky-dacks, witches hats, whipper-snipper, blower, ute and gobby.
stubby holder would just be stubby, the smallest yule lad sitting on a table or something...
I feel like I'm having a stroke trying to read this sequence of words which is how I know it's a good one
mollydooker!
Yobbo
I know what gobby means 😉
Day
19:
Please bring back Anime History...specifically lesser known military groups/figures
for example: the Chasseurs Ardennais or the 588th night bomber regiment a.k.a. the night witches?
oh! they should do the battle of Alesia as an anime!
Yes! And since it's news related: Enheduanna the daughter of the real King Sargon (not the fascist mofo in the UK), who became the first writer known by name. She was quite brilliant.
Or any woman who got shadowed by her male peers in any field (Jocelyn Bell Burnell, Alice Catherine Evans, Rosalind Franklin, etc.)
And then you have people like Maurice Hilleman who tried to hide their feats because they didn't like the attention (he developed something like 40 vaccines) or were first treated as monstrous beings by their community (Hugh Thompson Jr with the My Lai massacre, Ignaz Semmelweis who made doctors and surgeons wash their hands. Death threats for the first, beaten to death in an asylum for the second.)
This makes me want to draw the guy I did my fabulous research paper on. Willam Pitt Ballinger. He was just some rich white dude from Texas in the mid 1800’s. However, he had a really interesting life. He fought in two wars, had a fierce wife, lost a lot of loved ones, and was a bad-ass lawyer. No one knows who he is but I’m really glad I did my research paper on him. I look for any opportunity to talk about him now lol
Surely sif would fall over because he’s got both right legs up
Was looking for this comment before I wrote it myself haha
MORE MORE MORE Dark Souls!
Do DS3 Bosses as Disney Characters next!
The dark souls people would fit into a 'the secret of NIHM' art style
Right?
This was SO. GOOD! I can't wait for part 3, Pixar Souls!
Mr. Pandabites The lamp is the final boss.
Can you (with Julia) please do 'Artists draw Horror movie monsters they've never seen,' like The Jötunn (The Ritual), The Canker Man (Before I Wake), Rawhead Rex, Decapitron (Puppet Master) and Pumpkinhead?
Guttersnipe Pie before I wake scarred my childhood
Smough feels like the kind of cruel oafish bully side-villain who’s like a henchman until the third act where he turns on his villain boss for being too weak to do the evil thing.
Also the fact that sif can remember you shows that he probably isn't even trying to keep you from taking anything from the grave, but is instead specifically trying to protect you from yourself and keep you from delving into the abyss (which led to the downfall of artorias, his former master).
Sif goodest boi (gurl?)
I guess now you have to combine two actual disney characters and Dark Souls bosses for the ultimate combos
Draw rejected GTA loading screen characters!
That would be awesome.
That's so specific and obscure
I love it
Yeeeeesssss
Sif the wolf knight? I think you mean Sif the woof knight.
You should definitely draw undertale characters as Dark souls bosses
Perhaps someone who isn’t sans.
This was hilariously fun. I would love to see you guys do more of this, and more disney characters as dark souls bosses. I shall also eagerly anticipate when disney comes to you for Sif: The Wolf Knight!
I especially like Smough's dong armour. Draw yourselves as muppets?
This but with no context .
RODO125 me right now
This comment punched me in the gut twice
Week 29: in honor of the upcoming movie, please draw godzilla kaiju you haven’t heard of!
#gravityfallsforjulia
O GREAT AND POWERFUL DRAWFEE LORDS! I BESEECH THEE! MAKE A SUPER-RANDOM CHALLENGE! (random brush, shape, and topic/subject)
GravitySloth your profile Pic is still popin 👌
I wish Smough had been like the Dormouse and when he pokes his real head out, he's wearing the fake head as a little hat. The neck peep holes could be those cartoony cut-outs you see in eye-holes of paintings
Actually Sif is not only trying to protect their master’s grave, but they’re also trying to protect you by preventing you from gaining the ability to enter the abyss.
Would ya just draw some real “hot lunches” maybe a sexy soup or a handsome hamburger. Whatever tickles your pickle. Thanks
Now all I can think of is Burgoo King
Disney-souls? Isn't that just the kingdom hearts franchise?
regretti spaghetti no that’s final fantasy
Rude Ape Revenge!
Please have an episode where Nathan makes the other artists draw characters as rude apes!
Dang I lost it hard when the Gwyn drawing went cooky. I hurt from laughing. Thank you guys.
Sif is so cute here Julia said she couldn't draw doggos but this looked great
Wolf of unknown gender:
Jacob: SWORDPERSON
Sif was female. I believe the lore states it
@@lordocheese1007 I haven't even touched a dark souls game before so I haven't the slightest clue. I was referencing the fact that they didn't know sif's gender.
@@AlbintheOctopus I know you were just saying that, but I was just saying Sif was female as well
@@lordocheese1007 nah, The Great Grey Wolf is not gendered. Although, Sif the goddess from Norse myth is a woman.
@@ciclovitale6832 Sif is a woman's name
you should do a video drawing with your non dominant hand
Artorias style
How did Sif get so big? Clearly, this is a Clifford the Big Red Dog & Emily situation.
He’s a great wolf, mature great wolves in dark souls can grow to be as big as buildings. As pups they’re the size of an average wolf.
And the sword is how Clifford the Big Red Stab Wound comes to be
"The sword got bigger" ...are we _quite_ sure the wolf didn't just get a bigger sword?
