If it's not already obvious by her prior actions since showing up in Congress, that's one of their signature moves. Deliver an outrageous attack, and then no matter what the response is, start telling your target to "Calm down." I didn't see any behaviour that needed calming down, she just calmly asked the head of the committee for clarification on exactly what type of slurs WOULDN'T be acceptable.
Can't see any problem there.
And I notice they never gave her the clarification she requested, either.
