    Hey David - would love to hear your take on take out/delivery and pricing your menu around it. I'm opening a ghost kitchen and while there are certainly pros to saving money, it's imperative that things like packaging are taken into consideration to both separate yourself from the competition as well as keeping certain foods at their proper temperatures. Would love to hear your opinions on this side of the industry!
