    Hey dude, would you be able to release your transcriptions online somewhere?

    • @Dm3qXY
      @Dm3qXY Місяць тому

      they would not be of much use for others, since the process is the real value bringer, not the end transcripts; and if he also uses personalized notation for the types of snares and cymbals, those would only be relevant to him, while you / we would only have one extra hurdle to figure out.... instead of already practicing..

      @@Dm3qXY disagree. Look at the time he spends notating. If any of us want to do something similar, we can skip that step if he provides the notation already.

    Kids, what have you learned today? Study music, study sight reading by reading through as many different charts as you can get your hands on (especially the stuff you like and listen to) and do the reverse as well: write everything you are able to play.
    It's not that hard, but the other kids will find it impressive.

    what app are you using to notate?

  • @BadgerMcblasty
    @BadgerMcblasty Місяць тому

    Does that app have drum play back? I’m wanting to learn how to transcribe drums. I’m guessing there would be no way to write dynamics like ghost notes or accenting... am I right?

      No there’s ways. I would recommend taking a drum set lesson or two. They will show the ways
