Daon, I just wanted to say that you offer something new to this generation of overstimulation. The style and wisdom you have is unique, always giving new perspectives in life! Cheers!
Two words I can say about this video " REAL TALK". I was called "weird' lately by friends because of my single status. I'm 45 now just after when my fiance of 12 years cheated on me and she had the nerve to run back to me and wanted to try again and work things out...I looked into my mirror and said Never again. The truth shall set you free....anyways just sub to your channel Daon very inspiring thank you!
YOU NEVER ACCEPT someone who cheated. Its strike one and done. In the meantime, work on your health, get your money up and mental state mind right. Travel the world. This is your time. Heal. God bless
Thats so true, the good things are quickly forgotten but the bad things stay forever. Theres a huge lack of gratitude and forgiveness in this generation.
"I prefer my life being my own" yessir... This whole video is exactly why I'm single. Relationships come with a lot of unfairness and too many problems.
I agree with you. The right woman will pour into you as much as you her. Reciprocity is key. It's rare. It's difficult but don't lose hope. A *good* woman will help you get to that next level!
Whenever I’m dating a girl, I’ve always asked myself “is she disturbing my peace?”. If the answer is yes (which it almost always is if I feel the need to ask), I usually pull back if not withdraw completely. I’ve never been in a true relationship due to this reason, however I have found peace in solitude. Luckily I don’t believe in marriage, and don’t plan to look for a life partner until I move country. This has made dating super lax and easy-going for me; hell the only reason I’m even dating right now is to fill excess free-time due to a sports injury. 🤙
You make a lot of good points. I spent most of my 20s and 30s idealizing both women and relationships. By my mid-40s, I was done, though. I'm 62 now, haven't been in a serious romantic relationship for nearly 20 years. It is harder when you are young, because the hormones/neurochemistry can shout so loud, but it gets easier after about 40 or 45. ... For you, I foresee a couple of challenges: as you age and "level up," so to speak, you'll have more choice and better choice of women. You're already tall, muscular, and good-looking, but once you get the money and status (if that's what you're going for), you'll have a much wider selection of the ladies. Second, if you take off as a UA-camr -- which you may, because you're talented, and you speak in a measured and introspective way that most guys in this space don't -- then you'll have ladies writing you, trying to get with you, because you're a guy other people follow and look up to, which is an aphrodisiac for women. Like a lot of successful UA-camrs in this space who once said they didn't want relationships, you'll end up in one. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just doing my Nostradamus act and predicting your future. :) Take care, you're doing work.
Appreciate the kind words brother. Definitely one of my favorite comments. Time will tell, I suppose- but she’d have to be a pretty good saleswoman to convince me lol.
7:08 "happy wife, happy life" Words can't describe how much I disagree with that statement. Watching this made me realise why my relationships never worked out despite everything seemingly okay
I am so glad that l found this channel. I feel like that l gotten so much pressure to be in a relationship (l am 22 years old mind you) but l can see the upsides to them because l have been observing people who are in relationships. Love now is a transition. I want something organic but if l don’t find that person l will work on me until that time come.
Chur my Bro your so right, better off staying single, no dramas, do what you want when you want, dont have to answer to anyone and your money is your money.
Dude, this is my fourth video in a row watching. You kind of got me hooked with the "Millenial trap" video. Really great content and I resonate with it. Your vibe attracts your tribe, I guess. I wish you succes on your journey, keep up the good work and cheers from Romania!🍻
Daon, this is a brilliant video. All the points you have raised are facts, that we never really face head on or accept to be true. I am glad that you have made a video on these issues. I am one guy who wants to be in a relationship, but feel that it may be too taxing for me especially in the amount of investments and sacrifice I will have to make. Sometimes with all done, she may not even truly love you.
Bro great video. I just broke up from a long 4 year relationship and it’s for those exact reasons you listed. So much was being asked of me. To be this perfect person that can be there emotionally, financially mentally and you have to know when to be each person whether that’s her therapist, her body guard, her emotional support. It’s honestly draining and I must say I’ve been very happy Spence we broke up because I feel more free and my money, time and energy can all be spent on me.
I’m probably to young to be watching this I’m only 16 I’ve realized that most people my age want to be inna relationship or are in a relationship also I believe high school relationships aren’t even real relationships. I clicked this video because I was surprised that someone has the same opinion as me for some reason this opinion was very hard to find. I don’t wanna be inna relationship because it’s more likely for people to cheat rather than to be loyal. What’s the point of a relationship when I’d probably get my heart broken another thing is my father is narcissistic and relationships are narcissistic too and I honestly hate narcissism I wanna run away from narcissism not run towards it and as stated being single means you have more time to do what you want and you have more time to yourself and I believe that having more time to think about things etc is important because I wanna focus on myself because I’m mentally messed up I wanna figure things out I don’t wanna make things worse for myself
Honestly you’re so young i recommend it just for the experience. Especially cuz like you said none of those relationships matter anyways. What if you don’t date now and wait till later and you end making the same mistakes we all made in highschool but as a 20 something year old man, with your fiancé or something. I’m currently 22, been single almost a year post a 3.5 year relationship, and now I feel like being single is valuable because I don’t need the experience anymore, and i wanna elevate in solitude. Idk just my opinion tho, you can elevate in highschool too, and judging by your comment you’re already ahead a little in terms of how you think.
sometimes it does feel like that, it's almost like a rule of thumb. there is a pattern in the girl's behaviour in a relationship, even if they say "they're different". i guess most of it comes from society and the need to conform to it. not all relationships will be bad, but its about finding the right balance between all the points you mentioned.
Getting out of a long time relationship 2 yrs ago I tried online dating a few times but nothing worked so I’m seriously considering going solo. But I have to point out relationships are not purely transactional. I would still sacrifice for someone I love although I know I wouldn’t be able to keep doing it for 50 yrs.
@@ziiiim Just gotta find peace in going solo (for now). Once you get comfortable being on your own, it’ll be easier to avoid women who disturb your peace.
I feel like i agree and disagree on a lot of topics mentioned in this video. Your whole ideology about relationships seems to be possibly biased based on past women or maybe even being influenced by social media, but one good girl/relationship could probably shift your entire perspective. You just haven’t had the opportunity to experience something so beautiful and pure based off maybe bad relationships. I mean if love and relationships were easy everyone would be one.
My whole ideology is based on my experience & the situations I’ve come across. Plenty of positive & negative, but I’m okay with my conclusion. Even ‘good’ women come with their own set of problems.
Your dialogue is very insightful. It's funny to hear as many men can truly relate to this. It is very much a western consumer society symptom. The legal system over supports women and is biased against men, in the UK and USA for sure. So this kind of unbalanced nonsense is going to prevail in these 2 countries
relationship? sure, else u can end up tricking like most men are doing. u gotta promise them something to deal with the ones not straight up prostitutes. but long term relationship? hell no! u just gotta do enough but ready to let them go when they want to or when they require any more

Definitely agree. It’s hard to not see the pattern these days.
I agree. I rather do things by myself on my terms. I love my freedom. I like this concept.
I’m right there with you 💯
"I prefer my life being my own" yessir... This whole video is exactly why I'm single. Relationships come with a lot of unfairness and too many problems.
💯
Even while in a relationship, the idea of being single is still viewed as much more better. I just love the freedom too much.
Ikr would be hard to give that up ❤

As an older man, I must say he is 110% correct!
cost and maintenance, relationships and women will always cost you some money... it's like a subscription plan

Sacrifice is necessary in any sort of relationship. Just gotta make sure that energy is reciprocated.

Lots of issues in the legal system currently. Many don’t seem to realize.
