Further to my previous comment, I have put a different brand of batteries in the product, and I feel quite hopeful that it has improved the outcome! I just tried it on the yapping spaniels across the road - and they both stopped barking, stared at me for a minute or so, then went back indoors. I will try again once they come out! Luckily, the housemate's dogs I originally got this for have now moved out...but the yapping idiots across the road are horrendous! I will report back when I have figured out whether the brand of batteries I used was the problem, or if the dogs shutting up and going indoors was just a coincidence. Fingers crossed that this thing works!!

Got a couple little shit chihuahuas that chase every person they see along with running up to my property trying to challenge me thinking my yard is their territory. Can't risk getting seen throwing something at them or shooting them with a little airsoft gun to cause minor pain and scare them. I have an 1100 lumen flashlight with strobe I'm going to try but doubtful it will stop them in daylight. Next best bet would be one of these ultrasonic emitters or a high powered laser pointer...which might permanently blind them

Where is this? Russia? Serbia? Bulgaria? It would be nice if instead of buying products to defend yourself, you had instead a system to take care of dogs humanely and remove them from the streets. I have had problems with dogs for far too long, unfortunately dogs are animals and they cant communicate to us their feelings and so we end with situations of attacks and then them being captured and put down. This is a vicious system for everyone. At least in usa they are behind a fence but on occasion they can hop the fence and attack as happened to me, luckily the owners intervened before it got serious. The worst part is no one takes this issue seriously except those that always has to deal with the brunt of these assaults. Countries in Eastern Europe and the rest of the world need to seriously act on this issue and deal with it. It's not nice having to walk down the street and an aggressive dog approaches you and you have to fear for your life, it's not a joke, it can turn into a life or death situation.
If your dog is constantly barking and getting in front of cars to get ran over(mine always does), this ultrasonic dog control repeller would work PERFECTLY. The dog runs away from the remote control and save the dog's life from getting ran over by a car. These are my advantages of getting this.
