Can I avoid curd in this ? Or instead of curd , can I add amul cream or simple cream that floads over boiled milk at home. ?

I didn't happen for me. I added the beaten curd on a low flame and mixed it for about 2 minutes and then added the milk then slowly turned the heat to medium.
This was easily one of top 5 dishes I have ever made ❤️
