Does that f button indicate by led which sensor is at fault?

Dan Gallagher Yes the F button does identify problems with different sequences of flashes from ripped web to motor fault. The easiest way to identify a sensor fault is to check the product sensor and the gap sensor individually with the LED on each sensor. Then removing the central back cover of the labelling machine this will reveal the motherboard with LED read out of the incoming signals. Trigger one sensor at a time whilst looking at the motherboard and you should see a reaction. If there is no LED lighting when you make and break ether sensor this should show you which one has failed. There is a toothed belt inside the head that could have failed.
