Hello. I work with labels. One question. Does it give you guys problems when the gap between the labels are uneven? Sometime i see the gap is 3mm ore 2,7mm and so on..but will it give problems?
Hi Addy. The gap in the labels should be the same and not uneven. Depending on the labelling machine and the way the gap sensor is working, this could have an affect on the label position on the dispensing edge. The best way to check this is to watch the label overhang on the dispensing edge. If you see the label overhang varying length with the changing gap this will have an affect on label position on the product.
This labeler resembles the tronics labeler where I worked. I can remember hearing we got bubbles or there’s a tiny scratch on the label. The packers got tired and didn’t want to work that day. Three of us two younger guys that could see like a hawk and me the lead never saw anything
Thanks for this demo. I have a question about a bottle that requires a front AND a back label. Can they be applied at the same time? (You show controls for front and back and I'm not sure why). Or, would the user have to send the product through twice? Also, is there a printing stamp for lot# best by? Or would that need to be printed on the label? Thanks, in advance, for your answer!
Hi Mitzie. Thank you for your question, I can understand the confusion. This is a front and back Labelling Machine, the video is only demonstrating the setup of one side of the machine (right hand head). The settings for the other side or the left-handed head are identical settings. This is just a quick overview of a set up. I have a link to another video showing a front and back applying both labels at the same time (time 1.37): ua-cam.com/video/dgxwKLsejI4/v-deo.html The machine in the video linked above has a hot foil printer attached to the left-hand head. There are a few ways of applying dates to labels; hot foil, thermal printers or inkjet printers, any of these machines can print dates directly on to your labels on the labelling machine. Hope this helps
We have a #Precision front back and wraparound #labelling machine manufacture year 2018 coming in to stock tomorrow. Have a look at our current stock on our website www.sc-packaging.com
Yes this machine would be suitable. We currently have one in stock: www.sc-packaging.com/scpackaging/Precision_Labelling_Systems_Labelling_Machine.html
Label speed ? When it’s feeding out or bottle tipped to one side. Is it being rolled on or tamped on with a vacuum mouthpiece applying it ? We used a lot Avery labelers to apply the label besides the tronics front and back labels. If your label is clear or a high gloss. I’d always roll the labels on. I could either Deboss the code or use a lazer coder depending on whether the plastic compact would accept it
Hi iam sarwar Suffiyan Qureshi we watched your video plc programming and please make a programming automatic self adhesive labeling machine video with gap sensor and stepper motor and we are waiting your position response

Is the 1/8 gap crucial ? Or is it enough to have a gap very close to 1/8 th ?
How many types of labels are used on this machine?

Once they find one flaw, they'll start to scrutinize every label.

To which part of the device is the stepper motor connected ?
The labelling heads have the stepper motors fitted. They are used to drive the labels

Excellent machine
Anyone have problems with this machine? The label has air bubbles?
