i'm currently recovering from a serious case of sinusitis rn. it was unbearable and painful; i couldn't sleep for more than 2-4 hours at a time so i was sleep deprived too. one time i woke up just like any other day, and the entire room was spinning, i threw up even though i hadn't eaten anything. it was so hard to breathe at times i thought i would die in my sleep, little to nothing i tried (i bought literally everything you can to relieve the symptoms) helped at all either... i know this was entirely your own idea to do this and the timing is simply coincidence, but i will delude myself and believe that the universe perfectly aligned this for me. thanks nicola, i LITERALLY needed this LOL. the first doctor i went to dismissed everything i said, told me it was likely allergies despite me not having them, or a cold that would go away in a few days. it lasted weeks. i had to go to another one who actually believed me. i know for a FACT dr. nicola would immediately see the problem and would help me with proper treatment. in a perfect world, every doctor would be this understanding and caring, this was pretty comforting after what i went through. thank you, seriously :)

I always enjoy medical role plays but add three simple letters…ENT…to the scenario subject and you have got my attention straight away.
The spectrum of triggers created really delivered some feel-good tingles for me, I highlight for starters the sounds of the blood pressure taking procedure, which with its mix of sounds is such a nice auditory trigger.
Great to catch a light trigger too, and I enjoyed the super tingly moment delivered by the tapping sound of the callipers during the face measuring procedure.
What came through well as a trigger though was the combination of the glove sounds during the face massage. The sound came over so strongly and really gave my ASMR a good work out.
I am currently experiencing sleep issues… a lot going on at work and I am not good at switching off, so watching this has been perfect way to wind down ahead of a decent night’s sleep…hopefully!

@@BeBraveBeYouASMR1 Blimey! I'm no expert on lighting and this is very much my interpretation of the question.
I thought it worked well, you have the background lit quite subtly to add interest to the scene.
At the same time the frontal light...or side lighting (?) allows you and any visual triggers being created to clearly stand out from the background.
These are my thoughts anyway.🙂

Back to the original question…the brightness was spot on and gave a wonderful warm feel to the video which I found relaxed me perfectly.

how ironic- i have the worst sinus and respiratory infection, on top of strep throat. i just said to my mom- this is the sickest i have ever been in my whole 40 years of life. I feel awful! i took off half a day of work today and i cant tell you the last time i called out of work- at least 10+ years or more ago. This is seriously helping me relax enough to be able to doze off. Thank times a million
